Abstract
The article considers the expediency of developing and using the electronic environment of a higher education institution. It was found that the existence of such an electronic environment ...of a higher education institution would allow us to effectively use the available resources of higher education. A model of the electronic environment of a higher education institution is proposed, which consists of 4 components: educational, scientific, organizational, and managerial. The structural elements of each of the components are described. An example of the implementation of such an electronic environment on the example of the Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University is considered. The personal offices of the student and the teacher, which are realized according to the given model at the Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University, are considered in detail. It is established that the indisputable advantage is the complete identification of the person who went to different parts of such an environment, another advantage is the integrated use of logins and passwords to all these components.

The article considers the issue of modern engineering training with the use of CDIO-approach (Conceiving, Designing, Implementing, and Operation) aimed to balance the training goals with the ...practice of teaching at higher technical institutions. Modern pedagogical technologies and innovative teaching methods enable to create such an education medium where the students will obtain profound knowledge, manage the process of designing and exploiting new items and systems, understand the impact of the scientific-technological process on the society. The article also considers various approaches to developing new practice-targeted programs and methods of creating a special education medium. The abilities of students’ engineering thinking are a link between university training and professional activity. Future specialists must not only be able to develop and produce engineering systems, but also combine the knowledge of natural and technical sciences to come up with innovative ideas, have a command of professional ethics and understand the principles of business.
Abstract
The development of active learning approaches and the need in raising economic competency of the people within all the age groups brings business simulations software to the front of the ...appropriate tooling lists. The aim of the study considers the ways and approaches to introduce and effectively integrate business simulations software into learning environments of technical university. The object of the study is the learning environment of Technical University. The subject of the study is using business simulations software in the learning environments of technical university. The result of the study: several approaches of integrating business simulations software into a learning environment of technical university were analyzed and discussed. The paper is dedicated to generalizing practical experience of the authors in technical and logical implementation in the pedagogical practice, usage of business simulations software as students and users with theoretical research of broader set of approaches used to integrate business simulations software into educational software-based and organizational environments. Conclusions and future plans based on the results of the experiments were made. Main conclusions and recommendations: the range of approaches between deep integration with the learning management tools used in the learning environments and independent usage of business simulations software is possible to implement. Choice of approach depends on the goals, ICT-related maturity of the learning infrastructure and the percentage of active learning cases in the syllabus of the class. Future experimentation is needed to collect extensive data on integration possibilities, efficiency and effectiveness of the level of integration of business simulations software into learning environment of technical university.
Abstract
The article deals with the development of a web application on forecasting the dynamics of prices in the residential sector of Ukraine. The classification of economic forecasting methods ...according to which they are divided into formalized, extrapolated, intuitive methods of forecasting the financial state is presented. It has been established that forecasting methods should meet the following requirements: a combination of subjective value and objective significance of estimates; clear application of estimates, which does not allow different interpretations regarding the choice of methods; create the ability to accumulate statistical information and use it for forecasting. The model of standard square collocation for the real estate market is presented. A web-based application for forecasting the dynamics of prices in the Ukrainian housing sector was developed and tested.
Abstract
The article discusses the theoretical justification, and the process of developing, implementing, and experimentally verifying the methodology for training future physics teachers using open ...experimental data from the European Center for Nuclear Research in studying elementary particle physics. The main stages of the study of elementary particle physics are clarified, taking into account the modern achievements of CERN. In the work, the study of elementary particles was carried out based on data from the CMS detector (Compact Muon Solenoid). A description of the methods, techniques, and ways of using the proposed methodological tools for the workshop on the physics of the atomic nucleus and elementary particles is presented. The process of selection and preparation of tasks and instructions based on the open experimental data of the European Center for Nuclear Research, recommendations for working with software, and their approbation in the educational process is considered. An experimental verification, analysis, and generalization of the research results were carried out. Arguments are given regarding the effectiveness and practicality of using the open experimental data of CERN in the process of studying elementary particle physics.
Abstract
The article discusses the solution of the spatial traveling salesman problem (TSP 3D variation) using Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). The traveling salesman problem considers n bridges and a ...matrix of pairwise distances between them. It is necessary to find such an order of visiting cities so that the total distance traveled was minimal, each city was visited exactly once and the salesman returned to the city from which he began his route. In the TSP 3D variation problem, each “city” has 3 coordinates x, y, z. The analysis of the main methods of solving, in particular, the metaheuristic algorithms to which ACO belongs, is performed. At each iteration of these methods, a new solution of the problem is built, which is based not on one, but several solutions of the population. The ACO uses an idea that is based on collecting statistical information about the best solutions. The program code is implemented in MATLAB. During computational experiments, various network topologies were randomly generated, and the number of iterations at which the optimal cycle was achieved was recorded. The execution time of the code for the TSP 3D task is almost the same as the execution time of TSP 2D. The results can be used for spatial tasks of the salesman (TSP 3D-variation), which arise in the process of 3D printing, planning UAV trajectories (UAV) in mountain conditions or multi-story urban development, road planning in multi-story buildings.
Abstract
The rapid development of computer biometrics over the past 2-3 decades is largely due to the development and widespread introduction into clinical practice of new methods of studying the ...human body health, including pulse methods. It is possible to judge changes in hemodynamic characteristics, heart rate and blood flow rate in the studied part of the body based on the parameters of the pulse wave signal. At the same time, the physical processes of formation of the pulse wave shape have not been fully studied, although the number of biophysical models of blood circulation is quite significant. The development of such a model will allow to effectively apply modern developments in digital signal processing to the pulse wave and increase its diagnostic value. Qualitative model of pulse signal can be entrusted to the development of the base unit of the biotechnical system as a type of edge devices. The work is devoted to the improvement of methods of rapid diagnosis of the cardiovascular system based on the analysis of model pulsegrams. An adequate mathematical model of the pulse wave, which corresponds to real pulse signals in different states of the human body and contains mathematical relationships between the main parameters of pulsegrams, has been refined. The algorithm of express diagnostics with the established criteria of the analysis of pulsograms is offered.
