This study aims to see students’ responses regarding the need for textbooks for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course in the Doctoral Education Study Program, FKIP, Universitas ...Bengkulu. This study was carried out by giving questionnaires to students to respond to their desired needs. This study was carried out through the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. The results of this research showed that respondents needed a book for the Educational Management and Policy Analysis course and at the same time produced the Educational Management and Policy Analysis textbook. Research like this had been carried out before by other researchers, but with different topics and respondents, and the advantages of this study gave birth to the book Analysis of Educational Management and Policy. This study makes a contribution to the Doctor of Education Study Program regarding the addition of textbooks which also serve as references for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. The novelty of this study is the birth of a book for the Education Management and Policy Analysis Course. This study has implications for lecturers and students in the Doctor of Education Study Program who have a handbook on Education Management and Policy Analysis.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of intellectual intelligence and Adversity Quotient on learning motivation State Vocational High School 1 Pasmah Air Keruh. The sample in this ...study amounted to 96 students. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is inferential statistical analysis, correlation test, T test and F test. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient together on learning motivation. This means that the higher the level of intellectual intelligence and adversity quotient in students, the more motivating and enthusiastic students are in learning.
This study aim to analyze how students in Indonesia and Nigeria used Project-Based Learning to develop their entrepreneurial skills. Qualitative methods with observation sheet and students’ project ...document were used as instruments in this study. The subjects were student whom join course entrepreneurship in Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Universitas Bengkulu. The success of the Project-Based Learning strategy is evaluated by reviewing projects completed by students. The results obtained in Nnamdi Azikiwe University and Universitas Bengkulu indicated that PjBL approach increases students’ entrepreneurship skill development, creative thinking, and problem solving. The findings of this study can be used by universities in Indonesia, Nigeria, and other countries as an alternative learning strategy. These are very important for everyone in the future. Hence, PjBL is an effective method that can be used to enhance the entrepreneurial skill of students compared to the traditional class structure where the teacher or lecturer do more of the teaching with less students’ involvement. This study provides an alternative option for developing entrepreneurial skills through project-based learning in both Indonesia and Nigeria.
Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mendukung pemberdayaan kreativitas guru Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia melalui penggunaan Mobile Learning dengan Smart Apps Creator untuk implementasi ...pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 20 guru Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penilaian awal kesiapan guru, seminar tentang mobile learning dan pembelajaran terdiferensiasi, workshop pengembangan konten menggunakan Smart Apps Creator, serta evaluasi dan umpan balik. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa 90% guru mampu menggunakan elemen multimedia dalam pembelajaran, 85% guru berhasil mengimplementasikan desain yang mobile-friendly, dan 90% guru mampu menciptakan konten pembelajaran yang relevan dan aktual. Selain itu, 90% guru berhasil berinovasi dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran, melebihi target yang ditetapkan sebesar 70%. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan dan dukungan berkelanjutan untuk memastikan guru dapat terus mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif. Dengan demikian, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Indonesia di Malaysia dapat terus ditingkatkan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Empowering the Creativity of Indonesian School Teachers In Malaysia Through Mobile Learning Assisted by Smart Apps Creator to Support the Implementation of Differentiated Learning The objective of this project is to support the empowerment of Indonesian school teachers in Malaysia through the use of Mobile Learning with Smart Apps Creator for the implementation of differentiated learning. The project partners are 20 teachers from Indonesian schools in Malaysia. The implementation method includes an initial assessment of teacher readiness, a seminar on mobile learning and differentiated instruction, a workshop on content development using Smart Apps Creator, and evaluation and feedback. The results of this activity show that 90% of teachers are able to use multimedia elements in teaching, 85% successfully implemented mobile-friendly designs, and 90% created relevant and up-to-date learning content. Additionally, 90% of teachers were innovative in developing educational media, exceeding the set target of 70%. Recommendations from this project include the need for ongoing training and continuous support to ensure that teachers can consistently develop and implement innovative and effective teaching methods. This is expected to enhance the quality of education in Indonesian schools in Malaysia to better face future challenges.
Tujuan dari paper ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana pelatihan kepemimpinan visioner bagi guru SMK Negeri 3 Rejang Lebong, Provinsi Bengkulu. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah 1) menjelaskan ...kepada peserta pelatihan tentang apa dan bagaimana pemimpin yang visioner; 2) memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk berdiskusi baik secara teori dan fakta di lapangan bagaimana pemimpin yang visioner; dan 3) mengevaluasi pemahaman dengan memberi pertanyaan. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, peserta memahami Problem Solving Decision Making karena problem solving akan menjadi skill yang sangat dibutuhkan di masa depan. Problem solving adalah sebuah pola pikir atau mindset yang akan membawa secara tidak langsung untuk berpikir positif dan solutif. Selanjutnya Effective Leadership yaitu mengembangkan cara kerja baru dengan menyesuaikan diri dengan kenyataan di luar dan tidak hanya yang terjadi di dalam batas-batas organisasi. Berikutnya Transformational Leadership yaitu teori yang mengatakan bahwa pemimpin bekerja dengan tim untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan apa yang diperlukan untuk memperbaiki kondisi. Kemudian Creativity & Innovation, salah satu skill di dalam pelatihan ini untuk mendorong pemikiran innovasi dan kreativitas melalui pemecahan masalah di dalam kondisi tertentu. Terakhir, Inspiring & Motivation merupakan salah satu hal yang paling menonjol dari gaya leadership milenial adalah merangkul anggota dengan baik.
Artikel ini adalah hasil pengabdian berupa pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh dosen Program Studi Doktor Pendidikan FKIP Universitas Bengkulu bersama mahasiswa dengan memberi pemahaman bagi guru SMP ...Negeri 06 Kabupaten Kaur, Provinsi Bengkulu tentang penulisan dan publikasi Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah 1) menjelaskan kepada peserta pelatihan tentang apa dan bagaimana penulisan dan publikasi PTK; 2) memberikan kesempatan kepada peserta pelatihan untuk berdiskusi; dan 3) peserta pelatihan diajak untuk bersama-sama menulis dan mengetahui cara mempublikasikan PTK. Hasil dari pelatihan ini, peserta memahami bagaimana membuat penulisan PTK yang baik dan harus dipublikasikan. Artikel ini baru, karena belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya tentang bagaimana menulis sekaligus mempublikasikan. Kontribusi artikel ini dapat memberi pemahaman baru bagi para guru bagaimana menulis yang baik dan benar serta harus dipublikasikan di mana hasil tulisan yang telah dibuat.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan komputer di kalangan pendidik. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 71 responden dari pendidik SD Xaverius 1 Palembang ...dan SMP Xaverius 6 Palembang dengan non probability sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel ketakutan (fear), antisipasi (anticipation), dan pesimisme (pesimism) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan komputer di kalangan pendidik. Variabel optimisme (optimism) berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan komputer di kalangan pendidik. Keempat variabel yaitu variabel kecemasan (fear), antisipasi (anticipation), pesimisme (pesimism), dan optimisme (optimism) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan komputer di kalangan pendidik.
The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 underscores the importance of accreditation and introduces the “National Accreditation Council” as its overarching body. The NEP envisions a 15-year phased ...approach, emphasising graded accreditation and institutional autonomy, aiming for all higher education establishments in India to evolve into self-governing entities focused on innovation and excellence. The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) has formulated new guidelines, enabling universities and colleges operational for at least one academic year to apply for provisional accreditation. These guidelines intend to widen the scope of accreditation. Unlike the previous requirement that mandated institutions to be at least six years old or to have graduated two student cohorts for NAAC application, the new approach led to a limited number of institutions seeking accreditation due to low application rates. This article examines the viewpoints of 400 faculty members from Higher Educational Institutions in Maharashtra on whether the proposed norms will enhance the quality standards of these institutions. The faculty members collectively believe that the anticipated norms are unlikely to improve the existing quality standards of Higher Educational Institutions significantly.
