Akar kuning (Fibraurea chloroleuca Miers) dengan senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terkandung di dalamnya merupakan salah satu tanaman yang berpotensi sebagai tanaman obat tradisional untuk mengobati ...berbagai penyakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kadar alkaloid total ekstrak akar kuning dengan perbedaan konsentrasi pelarut etanol yaitu 50%, 70%, dan 96%. Proses ekstraksi menggunakan metode maserasi dan ekstrak diuapkan dengan rotary evaporator pada suhu 40oC. Identifikasi alkaloid pada ekstrak menggunakan pereaksi Wagner, Mayer dan Dragendorff dan kadar alkaloid total dilakukan dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan identifikasi alkaloid dengan semua pereaksi dinyatakan positif mengandung alkaloid pada ekstrak. Hasil kadar alkaloid total ekstrak akar kuning dengan pelarut etanol 50% sebesar 0,6939 ± 0,2439%, dengan pelarut etanol 70% sebesar 0,6607 ± 0,2117% dan pelarut etanol 96% sebesar 0,7826 ± 0,3004%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ekstrak akar kuning dengan konsentrasi pelarut etanol 96% menunjukkan kadar alkaloid yang tertinggi.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis Introduction, Connection, Application, Reflection dan Extension (ICARE) dan terintegrasi Islam berupa Rencana ...Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), modul dan Lembar Aktivitas Siswa (LAS) yang valid, praktis dan efektif pada materi Pecahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data pada penelitian ini didapatkan dari lembar validasi, lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, lembar observasi aktivitas siswa, angket respons siswa, angket respons guru dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid dengan nilai 3,87, praktis dan efektif. Kriteria praktis yang didapatkan dari analisis data berikut: 1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan persentase ketuntasan 78 dan tergolong praktis, 2) aktivitas siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari pertemuan pertama sampai pertemuan keempat yaitu 50%, 72%, 80% dan 86% dengan kategori sangat berhasil, 3) respons siswa dengan rata-rata skor adalah 3,04 dengan kategori praktis dan 4) respons guru dengan rata-rata skor adalah 3,1 dengan kategori praktis. Selanjutnya, kriteria efektif didapatkan dari hasil analisis pengolahan data hasil belajar siswa yang diketahui bahwa 89% siswa telah tuntas belajar menggunakan perangkat pembelajaran matematika berbasis ICARE dan terintegrasi Islam. This article aims to determine the effectiveness of Class Wide Peer Tutoring (CWPT) implementation to improve students' mathematical reasoning abilities. This research is experimental research with a ...mixed-method approach. The research sample was determined through cluster random sampling. Data were collected through mathematical reasoning tests arranged according to indicators of mathematical reasoning ability. Data were analyzed using inferential statistics with the stages of normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing. The result shows that the implementation of CWPT enhances students' mathematical reasoning on Equations and Inequalities of an Absolute Value. Mathematical reasoning test results show that the 10th grader score of mathematical reasoning is 76.75 (Good). The indicator of mathematical reasoning that is the most difficult for students to master is "drawing logical conclusions" with the acquisition of a mathematical reasoning score of 35.81 (poor), while the easiest mastered by students is "Presenting mathematical statements or premises in writing, drawings or graphics" with mathematical reasoning score of 80.14 (Very Good). The students' mathematical reasoning ability on the indicator "compiling an analogy or explanation of the problem and its solution" is 74.09 (Good). The mathematical reasoning ability of students on the indicator "mathematical manipulation" is 42.10 (fair).

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the implementation of Qur'anic Mathematics Instruction (QMI) on Set theory. It was a follow-up of QMI Research and Development that has been designed before. Data gathered through test, teacher’s and students’ activity observations. Three madrasah with the indexes of competency are "High", "Medium" and "Low" taken as the research subjects. The results showed that students in the "high"index has t-count value 0.023
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan pembelajaran matematika berbasis ICT dengan mengenalkan dan menggunakan software Geogebra sebagai salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan ...profesionalitas guru. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bersifat pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam menggunakan software Geogebra. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberian materi dan diskusi tentang software Geogebra dan cara menggunakannya, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan latihan/praktek penggunaan software tersebut dan diakhiri dengan presentasi hasil karya para guru berupa media pembelajaran matematika. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan diskusi dengan para peserta diketahui bahwa para guru senang dengan adanya pelatihan penggunaan software Geogebra tersebut, karena membantu mereka dalam menyampaikan materi geometri yang pada umumnya merupakan materi yang sulit bagi siswa. Menurut mereka, penggunaan software ini dapat mengakomodir siswa yang tidak mempunyai kemampuan spatial thinking yang bagus, sehingga materi yang disampaikan dapat diterima oleh seluruh siswa. Student’s cognitive abilities can be developed early, including thinking logically and symbolically and problem-solving using various methods. Therefore, this quantitative descriptive research aims ...to determine the symbolic thinking ability of kindergarten students through Montessori games based on gender. The subjects of this study were 112 kindergarten students from eight schools in the Central Aceh district who were selected by random sampling. Data processing techniques include editing, coding, scoring, and tabulation. The analysis was carried out using a frequency table with guidelines for assessing child development. Data were obtained from tests, observations, and interviews. Based on the analysis, it is known that the symbolic thinking abilities of male and female students are at the level of developing as expected. There are still students at the beginning to develop and undeveloped levels for both male and female students in this ability. There are differences in ability between male and female students, especially in indicators: i) Mentioning numbers 1-10 and ii) Counting and matching numbers with number symbols. While on the indicator of recognizing vowel and consonant symbols, there is no difference in ability between male and female students.
Cabri 3D adalah salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran geometri, misalnya menggambar bangun ruang, penentuan letak titik, penentuan letak garis, perhitungan luas serta volume ...bangun ruang secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Peserta pelatihan adalah mahasiswa prodi Tadris Matematika semester V, yang merupakan para calon guru matematika yang dituntut untuk menguasai konsep geometri secara baik. Software Cabri 3D ini dapat membantu mahasiswa untuk memperdalam kemampuan analisis pada materi geometri. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan meliputi tutorial dan praktek secara langsung. Berdasarkan pengamatan dan diskusi dengan peserta pelatihan, tampak bahwa peserta bersemangat dan antusias mengikuti pelatihan. Hasil pelatihan ini peserta mendapat pengetahuan secara teoritis dan memiliki kemampuan mengggunakan software Cabri 3D pada materi geometri.
This article was written aiming to look at the application of the model Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) in enhancing reasoning ability and the Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT) of students. ...This research is an experimental study with a quantitative approach and Randomized Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design research design. The sample in this study were students of class XI.1 who became an experimental class by giving treatment in the form of learning model Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) and class XI.2 students as a control class by giving treatment using conventional learning. The instruments in this study were tests in the form of pretest and posttest which were used to see the improvement of reasoning ability and the Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT) of students. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the model Missouri Mathematics Project (MMP) can improve students' reasoning abilities and the Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT). For reasoning ability, the average N-gain of the experimental class is 0.76 while the N-gain for the control class is 0.13, while for Advanced Mathematical Thinking (AMT) the average N-gain of the experimental class is 0.66 while the N-gain for the control class is 0.49.
