Aganglionosis is a rare form of neuronal intestinal malformation, which includes hypoganglionosis, neuronal intestinal dysplasia A (NID type A), B (NID type B) or combined type. Classic ...aganglionosis, or Hirschsprung’s disease is a neurogenic form of neonatal bowel obstruction characterized by a congenital absence of ganglionic cells in the submucosal and myenteric plexus, and presents in childhood with symptoms of constipation, colonic obstruction or sepsis due to enterocolitis. However, aganglionosis can be diagnosed first in adult due to short segment Hirschsprung`s disease with mild symptom and maybe also due to acquired process. A new low power, low cost and high performance register-controlled digital delay locked loop with wide locking range is presented. The DLL has dual loops with single replica block, duty cycle ...correction enhance controller (DCCEC), smart power down controller (SPDC) for reducing the standby current during power down, and locking range doubler for wide locking range. The digital DLL used for 3 Gbps 512 Mb GDDR3 SDRAM is fabricated using an 80 nm DRAM Process. Experimental results show less than plusmn1% duty correction from external duty error of plusmn5%, less than 400 cycle locking time, 1.5 GHz operation frequency at 1.9 V, and a wide locking range from 50 MHz to 1.5 GHz.

Background : Every practitioner, however skilled, will encounter patients who are unexpectedly difficult to intubation. The incidence of difficult laryngoscopy appears to be approximately 0.5% to 2%. ...So many methods are used to intubate the trachea, but endotraheal intubation by them is not always possible. The purpose of the this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of magnet on the endotracheal intubation. Methods : Twenty patients(aged 30 to 59yr, ASA physical status 1) required general anesthesia with an endotracheal tube. Anesthesia was induced with thiopental sodium and succinylcholine, ventilation was controlled with 100% O2. The tip of the epiglottis was exposed wtih a No.3 MacIntosh laryngoscope. A catheter with ferrous stylet was placed behind epiglottis close to tracheal lumen and a magnet was placed over the cricoid cartilage allowing the stylet to be pulled. Endotraheal tube was guided into the trachea over the stylet. The time to intubation, the blood pressure and heart rate of pre- and postintubation, and the difficulty of intubation were recorded and the complications of the endotracheal intubation such as bronchial spasm, oral and tracheal mucosal trauma, and sore throat, were observed. Results : The mean time to intubation was 31.2± 8(18 to 50)sec. There were statistically signigicant increase in blood pressure and heart rates following intubation. The incidence of excellent and good intubating condition were 14 and 6 respectively. Seventeen and three intubations were successful on the 1st and 2nd attempts respectively. There were no differences in incidence of complications of endotracheal intubation compared to other reports. Conclusions : Though magnet guided technique has some limitations to use in case of difficult laryngoscopy, it can be used with merits such as simplicity and cheapness when other methods are not available. Detailed information on soil characteristics is of great importance for the use and conservation of soil resources that are essential for human welfare and ecosystem sustainability. This paper ...introduces soil inventory of Korea focusing on national soil database establishment, information systems, use, and future direction for natural resources management. Different scales of soil maps surveyed and soil test data collected by RDA (Rural Development Administration) were computerized to construct digital soil maps and database. Soil chemical properties and heavy metal concentrations in agricultural soils including vulnerable agricultural soils were investigated regularly at fixed sampling points. Internet-based information systems for soil and agro-environmental resources were developed based on 'National Soil Survey Projects' for managing soil resources and for providing soil information to the public, and 'Agroenvironmental Change Monitoring Project' to monitor spatial and temporal changes of agricultural environment will be opened soon. Soils data has a great potential of further application in estimation of soil carbon storage, water capacity, and soil loss. Digital mapping of soil and environment using state-of-the-art and emerging technologies with a pedometrics concept will lead to future direction. 토양정보는 식량생산, 지속적인 토지이용 계획, 종다양성 평가에 사용되는 기본적인 자료이다. 본 논문에서는 우리나라 토양조사의 역사, 다양한 축척의 토양도 구축과 토양검정, 토양도와 토양검정 자료의 특성, 농업환경 변동 모니터링을 통한 일반농경지 및 취약농경지 토양, 토양정보의 전산화에 따른 토양데이터베이스와 토양정보시스템 소개, 구축된 토양정보의 활용과 향후 방향에 대해 논하였다. 40여년 동안 수행되었던 국책 토양조사 사업 결과 두 종류의 토양 데이터베이스가 구축되었는데, 다양한 축척의 토양도(1:250,000, 1:50,000, 1:25,000, 1:5,000)를 GIS DB로 전산화한 수치토양도 DB와 필지단위로 조사된 화학성 위주의 토양분석 성적을 구축한 토양비옥도 DB이다. 최근에는 친환경농업육성법 시행령에 따른 경작형태 및 오염원별 농경지 토양의 이화학성 및 중금속 함량 조사 자료를 GIS DB로 구축하여 공간적인 분포와 시계열적인 변화를 분석하는 자료로 활용하고 있다. 한국토양정보시스템(http://asis.rda.go.kr)에서 제공하는 토양전자지도는 총 89종으로 토성, 경사, 지형, 모재, 배수등급, 자갈함량, 유효토심 등 토양 GIS 주제도 50종, 사과, 배, 마늘, 수박 등 작물 재배적지 39종 이고, 62종의 토양통계 정보를 제공하고 있다. 토양 변동 정보는 농업환경자원 인벤토리에 기반하여 국립농업과학원에서 구축중인 농업환경자원정보시스템을 통하여 일반농경지의 화학성의 공간적인 분포와 시간적인 변화 정보를 제공될 예정이다. 또한, 기존의 자료를 기반으로 최소한의 실측 자료만으로도 토양의 기능과 환경변화를 예측을 할 수 있는 디지털 지도 작성 기술이 절실히 요구되고 있어 정보시스템은 이를 뒷받침할 수 있어야 할 것이다.
