Current political and economic situation in the world led Russian economy to the conditions when some actions to develop national production of goods, works and services have to be taken as an answer ...to international sanctions. Serious problems in the financial sector of the economy; dropping of oil prices, currency rate, budgetary deficit, in fact - the continuing process of recession, which can create more global problems-system crisis if emergency measures aren't made. One of the prospects to solve these tasks is the development of leasing relationships, what is actual and perspective. In this research the features of leasing relationships are considered and also their tax component; besides some measures of tax character to develop and restore the fields of economy, solve the problems of import substitution are mentioned in the research.
This article analyzes the effectiveness of various beta coefficient modifications in forecasting on the Russian stock market. Objective: To test the hypothesis of the superiority of modified beta ...coefficients in forecast accuracy. Methods: Calculating and comparing the stock returns of ten companies that play a key role in the Russian economy based on three beta coefficient modifications: classic, Monkhouse, and two beta. The criteria were used for verifying sample homogeneity in order to test the hypothesis that modified beta coefficients produce more accurate forecasting. Results: The analysis showed that, in most cases, none of the three models obtained relevant results for the Russian companies. None of the modifications tested can be recognized with high confidence as more accurate than traditional beta coefficients. Conclusions: In the contemporary Russian stock market, the CAPM does not allow one to produce satisfactory forecasts on stock returns.

The article deals with the economic problems of forest resources deep processing. The main aim of the research is to discover some financial ways to develop effectiveness of processing industry ...activities in forest complex. The results achieved in the study are the authors' proposals to improve the economic component of forest raw materials processing at stages of production and trade. The financial instruments to develop deep raw materials processing of forest resources can be arranged in this order according to the criteria of effectiveness: investment tax credit; tax holidays in some cases; lower VAT rates on the production of forestry; tax benefits set into corporate income taxes based on reinvestment of profit terms; tax exemption in respect of corporate property taxes; lower credit rates for the projects in non-investment banks; special non-tax investment credit lines; public private partnership; special financing of certain programs or projects; higher customs duties for raw materials export and lower - for processing. On the basis of mentioned financial instruments we prepared Model of financial stimulation of processing industry in forest complex.

Forest complex is the great asset for the country-owner. This segment of the national economy provides the wide spectre of different resources valuable for many industries of the national economy ...such as construction, printing, trade, medicine. Therefore it is necessary to form proper technical and technological base with industrial modernization mechanisms to use huge potential of forests fully, keeping ecological standards and norms of rational nature use. In the article the questions of industrial management modernization are considered in complex, including ecological management and ecological policy in relationships with physical and financial indicators of companies' activities, possible technological and technical decisions fitting current orders of the society and market. Methods of multidisciplinary analysis, comparison, analogy and modelling are widely used in the article. The factical and statistical materials are represented on the example of Russian forest complex development over the last quarter of century. In technological novations we can underline so-called light-technologies with self-cleaning mechanisms, perspective to be used in processing of forest seed oil, mushrooms and berries. Some timber industry equipment can implement such technologies too. The most significant result of the research is the authors' ?Concept of industrial modernization management?, basing on the synergy of novations in ecological management, governmental financial methods of stimulation, technical, technological, marketing and business decisions.
