Zavod za visoki napon i energetiku Fakulteta elektrotehnike i raču narstva u Zagrebu osnovan je 1934. godine, a u 2019. godini proslavio je 85 godina postojanja. U svojoj dugogodišnjoj povijesti ...iznjedrio je mnoge po znate stručnjake koji su ostavili neizbrisiv trag u elektroprivrednoj djelatno sti. Na zavodu se izučavaju i unapređuju područja proizvodnje, prijenosa, razdiobe i uporabe električne energije, obnovljivi izvori energije, napredne elektroenergetske mreže, problemi gospodarenja i trgovanja električnom energijom te područje nuklearnog inženjerstva. Zavod je vodeća institucija iz područja elektroenergetike u široj regiji, ima dugotrajnu suradnju s gospo darstvom, a prepoznatljiv je po znanstvenoj djelatnosti. Na zavodu se provo de istraživanja u skladu s najvišim međunarodnim standardima što je rezulti ralo s velikim brojem objavljenih radova u svjetski relevantnim časopisima, mnogobrojnim znanstvenim projektima te suradnjom s mnogim poznatim in stitucijama i sveučilištima.

Systematisch erschließt es ...die Materie und ermöglicht dem Leser eine effiziente Orientierung. Ein Großteil der 3D-Darstellungen wurde aktualisiert, ebenso sind die technischen Informationen. Ein kompaktes Handbuch, das sich an Studenten wie an junge Praktiker richtet.
Als 1948 die Trümmerlandschaften des Krieges den Traumlandschaften von der kommunistischen Zukunftsgesellschaft wichen, realisierte die Moskauer Führung mit den "Stalinschen Großbauten des ...Kommunismus" ein ehrgeiziges Erschließungsprogramm. Die damals weltgrößten Flusskraftwerke gestalteten Natur um und strukturierten Gesellschaft neu, so dass sich die Sowjetunion im anbrechenden Kalten Krieg als Supermacht inszenieren konnte. Die von GULag-Häftlingen gebauten Plangiganten produzierten nicht nur Strom, sondern auch Visionen, mit denen sich Stalin und Chruscev die Einbildungskraft der Sowjetmenschen erobern wollten. Seit den 1960er Jahren entwickelten sich die brachial industrialisierten Flusslandschaften an der Wolga und in Sibirien immer mehr zu ökologischen Notstandsgebieten. Der über Jahrzehnte propagierte Wertekanon der technik- und fortschrittsgläubigen Sowjetgesellschaft geriet ins Wanken.
Hlavním cílem článku je pomocí unijního konceptu vnějšího aktérství analyzovat energetické vztahy EU vůči současným (Angola, Gabon a Nigérie) a potenciálním dodavatelům (Mosambik, Tanzanie a Keňa) v ...subsaharské Africe v období let 2007 – 2017 s důrazem na možnosti posílení energetické bezpečnosti. Smyslem článku je zjistit, zda je EU vnímána jako svébytný aktér mezinárodních energetických vztahů, nebo zda jsou tyto energetické vztahy stále doménou jednotlivých evropských států. Článek v rámci unijního aktérství dále analyzuje cíle, zájmy a nástroje, jež EU ve své energetické politice sleduje a využívá vůči těmto zemím subsaharské Afriky. Článek používá modifikovanou podobu vnějšího energetického aktérství EU založeného na třech kritériích, jimž jsou: (1) vnímání aktéra třetí stranou, (2) cíle a zájmy politiky, a (3) zdroje a nástroje politiky.

At the end of the 20th century most governments of the world started adopting guidelines on the electricity market liberalization, and the liberal electricity market already operates in USA, ...Scandinavia and some EU Member States. In most cases the deregulated market has lived up to expectations but there were situations when priority was again given to the regulated market. The aim of this article is to assess whether the deregulated electricity market is a good choice for the countries with a small and imperfect market. Electricity is completely homogenous and it might not be warehoused and its price depends on the fuel used, so the examples of other economic sectors (natural gas, water, telecommunications, etc.) sometimes cannot be applied for this market. This paper analyses the advantages and disadvantages and the potential threats of the deregulated electricity market; moreover, the paper presents the main principles lying behind the electricity price setting and analyses whether the deregulated electricity market fits for Lithuania.
