    2型糖尿病の治療において,健康情報記録(PHR)であるスマートフォンアプリ「Welbyマイカルテ」(以降PHR)を活用して,HbA1cと体重の低下効果を検討した.2型糖尿病患者のうち24ヵ月以上PHRを利用した118例(男性97例,女性21例)を対象とした.評価項目は,PHR利用開始から24ヵ月間のHbA1c,体重のベースライン値との差とした.さらにPHR利用頻度別(15回/月以上または未満)に2群にわけて比較検討した.全例においてHbA1cは7.2 %から6.8 %へと有意に改善した.高利用群では7.1 %から6.4 %へと高い改善率を示したが,低利用群では有意な変化は認められなかった.体重も全例および高利用群で有意な低下が認められた.PHRの活用により生活習慣改善に対する意識が向上し,HbA1cが改善することが示唆された.
