IDF-organizacija ima dva standarda za uzorkovanje mlijeka i mliječnih proizvoda: IDF-Standard 50B (1980) kao uputu s tehnikama uzorkovanja i IDF--Standard 113 (1982) kao standard za uzorkovanje prema ...atributivnim karakteristikama. (IDF-STANDARD 50B 1980; IDF-STANDARD 113, 1982). Zadnji spomenuti standard identičan je s ISO-5538 (1987) standardom - Mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi - Uzorkovanje - Atributivno ispitivanje. (ISO 5538, 1987). Teorija uzorkovanja u tim standardima zasniva se na razvrstavanju neke jedinice (proizvoda) na "dobru" ili "lošu". "Dobra" je ona jedinica koja odgovara zahtjevima određenog standarda, a "loša" ona koja ne odgovara. (Montgomery, 1985). Obzirom da ti standardi ne objašnjavaju kako se pripremi konstrukcija OC-funkcija određenih planova uzorkovanja, a te funkcije su vrlo važne u praksi, u ovom članku će se prikazati postupak konstrukcije OC-funkcije sa zadanim parametrima AQL, RQL, α- i ß-vjerojatnostima, ako netko ne želi ili nema mogućnosti da koristi sheme iz tih standarda. Proračun veličine uzorka (n), te broja prihvatljivosti (c), kao i OC-funkcije plana obavljen je arcsin transformacijom iterativnim postupkom (Graf, 1987; Guenther, 1977), dok je OC-funkcija utvrđena binomnom razdiobom. Usporedba izračunatih ključnih parametara plana s onim dogovorenim ugovorom oba partnera (vidi tablicu 2) pokazuje prednost atributivnog plana uzorkovanja L (P/20; 1).
Electromagnetic field is applied widely in metallurgy and other high temperature processes, and affects the behavior of melts. The lightweight alumina based carbon free refractory is of importance ...for energy-saving, consumption reduction and high quality steel production, and the slag corrosion resistance is significant concerning its service life. Does electromagnetic field control the slag corrosion behavior on the lightweight alumina refractory? In this paper, a multi-field coupled model was established to describe the slag corrosion process in an electromagnetic field. The mathematical modeling in combination of experiments was applied to clarify slag corrosion behavior of lightweight alumina refractory in static magnetic field. The simulation results agree with that of the experiments, which means the proposed model is promising for slag corrosion modeling. The results show that the combination of the slag properties change, and electromagnetic damping caused by MHD (magnetohydrodynamics) effect can enhance the slag corrosion resistance by inhibiting slag penetration and promoting formation of a directional isolation layer, and be beneficial to high-quality clean steel production.
