The author of the article has stated that the land relations reform and the start of decentralization led to changes in the system of public administration agencies in the field of land protection ...and expanded their powers, for example, to provide registration services.
The author has paid attention to the fact that the current Land Code of Ukraine (hereinafter referred to as the LC of Ukraine), in particular the Section VII “Administration in the field of land use and protection”, provides the execution of only management functions in the field of land protection by public administration agencies.
It has been emphasized that there were no complex studies in Ukraine concerning theoretical and applied problems of legal regulation of service relations, in particular the provision of registration services, in the field of land protection with the participation of public administration agencies, which would be based on the current legislation.
The author of the article has stated that the provision of services in the field of land protection is a new type of activity for public administration agencies in the field of land protection.
Service legal relations ensure the realization of private and public interests and are formed in those areas of land use and protection management, where public and private land interests are interdependent. Thus, the owner is interested in fixing and publicly announcing his land rights in the field of state registration of land rights. But parties concerned cannot ensure their private interests without the assistance of the state. Thus, the state, represented by public administration agencies, guarantees that the state registration of land rights is in the interest of one and all.
It has been noted that currently the legal regulation of service relations for the provision of registration services in the field of land protection has not been enshrined either in any general regulatory act, which is the Law of Ukraine “On Administrative Services” gated from September 6, 2012 No. 5203-VI, or in special regulatory acts, such as the LC of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine “On Land Protection”. Such circumstances necessitate a change in the existing approaches to the legal regulation of service relations for the provision of registration services in the current legislation and to enshrine provisions for providing the registration services in the field of land protection by public administration agencies in the LC of Ukraine, namely in the Section VII “Administration in the field of land use and protection” and in the Law of Ukraine “On Land Protection”.
Since the 1980s, the language used around market-based government has muddied its meaning and polarized its proponents and critics, making the topic politicized and controversial. Objectives: To investigate the prevalence of workplace violence in public health administration agencies and its effects on health outcomes. Methods: A survey was conducted in March 2022. Staff who ...had been working for at least one year in the Ministry of Health and Welfare or its subordinate agencies, the Department of Health, or in public health centers were recruited. Data were collected anonymously with a structured, online questionnaire. A total of 492 valid questionnaires were collected. Results: A total of 48.17% participants reported having experienced workplace violence (physical, psychological, verbal, or sexual). The most common type of violence was verbal (43.50%), followed by psychological (31.71%). Supervisors were the primary perpetrators of verbal and psychological violence, followed by clients and colleagues. Staff reported long working hours and high levels of psychological and physical stress. Furthermore, 22.97% of workers reported poor self-rated health, 60.57% had personal burnout levels

Throughout the 1980s the British Civil Service devoted much time and energy developing indicators to measure the performance of government. Never before had so much stress been placed on ...accountability and performance; a trend which will be reinforced as government continues to devolve activities to agencies and looks for methods to assess their performance. How Organisations Measure Success analyses existing methods from their origins in the 1960s to their revival in the 1980s as part of the Financial Management Initiative and its apotheosis in the 1990s Next Steps Initiative. How Organisations Measure Success reports on two years of field research funded by the Economic and Social Research Council and will be of great interest to students of social policy and public administration as well as professionals working in government and public sector management.
We describe the clinical benefit of immune checkpoint inhibitors using the European Society for Medical Oncology Magnitude of Clinical Benefit Scale (ESMO-MCBS) and ASCO VF.
We identify all approved ...indications of immune checkpoint inhibitors based on RCTs between January 1, 2011 and September 30, 2018 by FDA. Information including medians and HR of OS (PFS or DFS) and 95% CI, grade 3 or 4 toxicities in each arm, QOL data, survival probability at fixed time were extracted.
Immune checkpoint inhibitors were approved for 18 indications based on RCTs. All the indications meet the ESMO-MCBS 1.1 threshold for meaningful benefit. By the updated ASCO-VF, the median Net Health Benefit (NHB) of these agents was 55.3 (range 17.4-77.1). Two third of the indication gained the bonus points for durable survival benefits by updated ASCO VF. When updated results were incorporated in the assessment, clinical benefit of most approved immune checkpoint inhibitors increased with a median improvement of NHB of 10 (range 2-20).
Approved immune checkpoint inhibitors provided clinical meaningful benefit by ESMO-MCBS 1.1, and most of these agents reach the threshold for bonus points for durable survival in the updated ASCO VF.
This paper analyses the Spanish tax administration, evaluating the relative efficiency of each of the regional offices that are its constituent parts via output-oriented two-stage data envelopment ...analysis. In the study, a total of 47 regional offices were analysed, considering three inputs: 1) current expenditure in goods and services; 2) number of tax returns processed in terms of the two main direct taxes; and, 3) personnel numbers. Revenue resulting from tax assessments was considered as output. The analysis shows that the efficient action of regional offices might have increased by 21.6% the results of the management of this administration.
Central and regional government hospitals need to be managed by the Public Service Agency. Since the enactment of Law Number 24 of 2011 on the Social Insurance Administration Agency (BPJS), there ...have been conflicting requirements in the Hospital Financial Management Patterns as a Public Service Agency (BLU) stipulated in Law Number 44 of 2009. The conflict involves the management of health facilities within the Ministry of Defense and the Indonesia National Army (TNI) on the hospital financial management due to the enactment of the BPJS Law. This impacts the income received by the TNI Hospital on offering health services to BPJS participants.
