A minimum system based on ATmega2560 microcontroller has been created that functioned as a safety system in the analogy of the cupboard for storage of the safes. Making the minimum system is done ...through a number of phases, namely integrating the system, programming against the microcontroller system, and validation test in the form of system performance measurement through giving the forced state. System integration is in the form of installing a device on two lines in the input port and two lines in the output port of the microcontroller. Programming is based on algorithms and the syntax of Arduino IDE-based through 6 (six) stages, namely pins configuration, variable and constants declaration, initialization, main program, retrieved and send data, and output. The validation test is carried out in the form of 4 (four) conditions, namely a) when the RFID module is not detected, b) when the card is detected by the RFID module, c) when the door is opened, and the buzzer is "on", the card is not detected when tagged on the antenna, and d) when the door is forcibly opened, and the buzzer is "on", while the card is detected when tagged on the antenna. Maximizing the security against the door of analogy the cupboard for storage of the safes is detected by the limit switch condition when the door is opened forcefully and the buzzer sounds. For neutralizing conditions for buzzer conditions, it is done through tagging an RFID card through the antenna. The buzzer still sounds, if the blank data is unreadable by the RFID module, while the buzzer can be neutralized if the card was tagged, the data card stored is read by the RFID module.
Abstract Human Cytomegalovirus (hCMV) or human herpesvirus 5 (HHV5) is one of the most common pathogens. Studies indicate the presence of infection in 60–100% of individuals. The ability to cause ...asymptomatic, infection and a latency promotes the persistence and spread of the virus. hCMV infection is usually asymptomatic and does not require treatment, but in some cases especially in immunocompromised persons (e.g., transplant recipients, patients with hematological malignancies, untreated HIV infected individuals) symptoms can be serious and life-threatening. The paper presents drugs currently used for treatment or prevention of hCMV infection, as well as the prospect of new treatment options. Currently, ganciclovir or valganciclovir are used as the first-line drugs and foscarnet and cidofovir are used alternatively. These drugs usually allow to control hCMV infections, however, there are important limitations. These include the toxicity and the possibility of the development of resistance, including the cross-resistance to all four drugs because they have a common mechanism of action, inhibition of viral DNA polymerase. Therefore, the creation of new drugs, with different mechanisms of action, lower toxicity and better pharmacokinetic parameters is important. Recently, the new drug, letermovir have been registered. Letermovir acts as hCMV DNA terminase inhibitor and due to the different mechanism of action the drug is active against hCMV strains resistant to DNA polymerase inhibitors, and potentially can act synergistically with them. The other drugs that are in the research stage or clinical studies include: brincidofovir, a cidofovir derivative, maribavir, a competitive inhibitor of ATP, cyclopropavir, a guanosine analog and antiviral peptides. 1. This article analyzes the use of metaphysics to speak of God within theology. More specifically, the charge of ontotheology levelled against Thomas Aquinas, in particular by Jean-Luc Marion and John ...Caputo, are being analyzed and criticized, not only with the help of thinkers like John Knasas and W. Norris Clarke, but also Marion himself. Because this article also examines the change of heart that Marion had about Aquinas's metaphysics during the 1990s, his position now being that Aquinas was not a producer of ontotheology. However, the article also asks a specific question of whether there can be a metaphysics that safeguards an objective standard for our knowledge and assertions, but that does not reduce the divine mystery to the categories of human reason, something that ontotheology allegedly does. With this question in mind, I examine Erich Przywara's version of the doctrine of the analogy of being, that he derived from Aquinas, and which he developed, at least in part, to answer Karl Barth's criticism against this doctrine. I look specifically at his idea of essence in-and-beyond existence, which describes a dynamic in our ontological constitution that Przywara sees as fundamental for all contingent existence. Other parts of his doctrine that are mentioned are the difference between "philosophical metaphysics" and "theological metaphysics" and the idea of the principle of non-contradiction as "negative reductive formality". My conclusion is that although Przywara's doctrine avoids the charge of ontotheology, it does not suffice as a metaphysic that offers an objective standard.

A fundamental question for theology is the question how we are to understand the claims that we make about God. The only language we can understand is the language we use to talk about human beings ...and their environment. How can we use that language to talk about God while respecting the infinite difference between God and humanity?
The traditional answer has been to appeal to the concept of analogy. However, that appeal has been interpreted in widely different ways. This book aims to clarify the question and this answer by an analysis of the concept. It begins with an exploration of the way the concept was evolved by Aristotle out of Greek mathematics as a technique for comparing “things that were remote”; followed by a critical examination of three very different classical accounts of the way religious language works: those of Thomas Aquinas, Immanuel Kant and Karl Barth. The book finally investigates the way in which analogy could be applied to answer the question initially posed—how is it possible to use human language to talk about God. This is a question of fundamental significance for the whole of religion and theology, concerning as it does our whole understanding of what we mean when we talk about God.
Analogical reasoning is the process of drawing conclucions using similarity properties and relationship structure of known source problem to be applied to target problem. The goal of this research ...was to describe eight grade students analogical reasoning in solving problem about area and perimeter of triangle and rectangles. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach with descriptive research. The results of this research indicate that the analogical reasoning of high ability students going well. There are several obstacle are got by medium student groups in the mapping process.Analogical reasoning of lower ability students indicate that the subject could not understand a given problem.
The management of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is currently undergoing improvements, particularly because of novel therapies. Purine analogs based immuno-chemotherapy, especially ...fludarabine combined with cyclophosphamide and rituximab (FCR), is still the current standard of care for first line therapy in younger, fit patients. However, its use in older, co-morbid patients is limited, particularly due to high toxicity. In fit patients older than 65 years or/and with previous infections bendamustine and rituximab (BR) should be considered instead of FCR. Recently, in patients with relevant comorbidities chlorambucil and anti CD20 monoclonal antibodies (rituximab, obinutuzumab or ofatumumab) are recommended as the first-line treatment. In addition, in 2014, two novel agents targeting the B cell receptor (BCR) signaling pathway, ibrutinib and idelalisib, were approved for patients with 17p deletion and/or p53 mutations and in the relapsed situation because of high efficacy and a favorable toxicity. Subsequently, ibrutinib has been approved to treat CLL patients regardless of their treatment history. Thus far it is recommended to treat patients with these agents until progression or unacceptable toxicity. The BCL-2 antagonist venetoclax is another oral drug with very promising preliminary data in patients refractory to immunochemotherapy as well as patients harboring del 17p. In 2014, the PTHiT and PALG-CLL group defined guidelines for the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of CLL. In this article, we present updated recommendations for therapy of CLL.
