The article describes the results of creative productivity research in Ukrainian artists in the conditions of war as a traumatic event. The correlation between war and creative productivity has not ...been extensively studied in the context of psychology. The most famous so far is the research of Karol Borowiecki and John Hagan, who investigated the individual life cycle of composers and changes in their creative productivity in connection with wars. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukrainian researchers Lazarenko and Bobrova studied the emotional state of Ukrainians, a result which the data obtained indicated the presence of anxiety, fear, fatigue, and exhaustion, which led to a decrease in productive activity in people. The value and relevance of the research are related to the fact that today there are practically no studies devoted to the study of the relationship between creativity and emotional state in war conditions, but this knowledge will bring us closer to the creativity mechanism understanding. The research involved 37 artists who were on the territory of Ukraine all the time during the year: from the beginning of the full-scale invasion — 02/24/2022 to 02/24/2023. To evaluate and compare creative productivity, data was taken on the number of artistic works for the period of 2021-2022 and 2022-2023. According to the results of the survey, 70.27% of respondents demonstrated an increase in creative productivity, which is associated with a bad mood, that is, a negative emotional state. A moderate correlation between the evaluation of the emotional state and creative productivity was revealed, and it was found that in the conditions of war, the features of the emotional state and energy are a certain criterion for the growth of creative productivity. From a neurobiological point of view, the inverse correlation between mental activation and creative productivity is explained.
There is a lack of research in the field of monitoring artistic creativity in secondary schools in Slovenia, so a study was conducted on the population of 81 pupils of different secondary school ...programs in Slovenia, aged 16 years, where we monitored artistic creative abilities. We analysed the achievements of pupils in terms of common artistic abilities, and also examined differences between groups of factors of artistic creativity, which encourage and enable artistic creativity, as well as in terms of differences in individual factors of artistic creativity. The analysis was aimed at identifying the differences between different secondary school programs. The results show that pupils in the art secondary school program generally lead the way. However, the pupils of the general secondary school program achieved better results in the factor of artistic originality. Such a result confirms that good results can be achieved in the field of the development of artistic creativity also in general secondary school programs with the appropriate art pedagogical work. Key words: artistic creativity, creativity, factors of artistic creativity, pupils
Fine art has been trending since the early nineteenth century until today to create many artistic works of aesthetic in a new way that challenges artistic traditions. These works were so effective ...that they changed the course of the plastic arts . Experimentation is an opportunity to learn on the practices of creative thought, and we will rely in our research on experimentation in folk art because of its originality derived from the environment, and it contains symbols associated with history and myth and direct expression of the relationship of life to society in order to achieve artistic creativity by finding innovative formulations and solutions with Renewed relations between the popular plastic elements used and the floor represented in the textile printing surfaces of the upholstery fabrics in order to achieve multiple plastic values such as transparency, color dimension, contrast and color compatibility. Whether creativity is a domain‐general or domain‐specific ability has been a topic of intense speculation. Although previous studies have examined domain‐specific mechanisms of creative performance, ...little is known about commonalities and distinctions in neural correlates across different domains. We applied activation likelihood estimation (ALE) meta‐analysis to identify the brain activation of domain‐mechanisms by synthesizing functional neuroimaging studies across three forms of artistic creativity: music improvisation, drawing, and literary creativity. ALE meta‐analysis yielded a domain‐general pattern across three artistic forms, with overlapping clusters in the presupplementary motor area (pre‐SMA), left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, and right inferior frontal gyrus (IFG). Regarding domain‐specificity, musical creativity was associated with recruitment of the SMA‐proper, bilateral IFG, left precentral gyrus, and left middle frontal gyrus (MFG) compared to the other two artistic forms; drawing creativity recruited the left fusiform gyrus, left precuneus, right parahippocampal gyrus, and right MFG compared to musical creativity; and literary creativity recruited the left angular gyrus and right lingual gyrus compared to musical creativity. Contrasting drawing and literary creativity revealed no significant differences in neural activation, suggesting that these domains may rely on a common neurocognitive system. Overall, these findings reveal a central, domain‐general system for artistic creativity, but with each domain relying to some degree on domain‐specific neural circuits.
Classical Kurdish poetry has such a high level and coherent structure in terms of poetic images, subjects, concepts, words and terms that, one can argue, it would not have been rich without a ...background. There should have been a familiarity at work with the experiences that have emerged at such a level. From the point of view of intertextual theory, it can be demonstrated that a poetic background has played a role in the creation of visual, semantic, and structural layers of classical Kurdish poetry. Of all the possibilities that researchers may pay attention to, it can be demonstrated on the basis of in-text and out-of-text cues that the poetic background of Kurdish classical poetry goes back to classical Persian poetry. Many poetic motifs and images from the literary traditions of Persian classical poetry have entered Kurdish classical poetry. Although this can be observed in all three branches of classical Kurdish poetry, it is less common in Gorani poetry than in Middle and Northern Kurdish poetry. This study examines how classical Kurdish poets benefit from the literary traditions of Persian poetry to reveal that in what poetic subjects are the literary traditions mostly reflected and to what extent the level of creativity of Kurdish poets has been. The result of the research indicates that the reflection of literary traditions can be seen more in lyrical and mystical poetry, and Kurdish poets have tried to create creativity and innovation within these traditions. New theming and localization of images and poetic themes are the most prominent techniques that Kurdish poets have shown creativity in literary traditions.

The Bosnian artist Safet Zec began his artistic development in the so-called Yugoslav artistic space. His work, which spanned several decades, is dominated by a certain number of motifs. In his ...works, he predominantly focuses on architectural motifs (the Bosnian, Počitelj, and Venetian house...), but also landscapes, still life, and human figures. He would return to these motifs several times during the active period of his life, and since he was constantly maturing as an artist, he transformed the aforementioned motifs giving them a new meaning and message. This paper presents the results of an aesthetic analysis of ten works of art painted by this artist (the technique, format, color, lines...) between 1971 and 1982. The aim of the paper is to analyze his creative process in works with a landscape motif. This paper is meant to contribute to the presentation and popularization of the creative opus of Safet Zec to both the wider and the expert public, as well as contribute to the better understanding of his creative method.
PurposeThis paper proposes and empirically assesses a social cognition conceptual model linking creativity (both artistic and scholarly), entrepreneurial personality traits, and entrepreneurial ...intention. Specifically, the study draws on social cognition perspectives to investigate the potential role of creativity as a mechanism underlying the relationship between entrepreneurial personality traits and entrepreneurial intention.Design/methodology/approachUsing a sample of 194 creative nascent entrepreneurs, the study tests the proposed model using Partial Last Squares Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM).FindingsThe study reveals that, among entrepreneurial personality traits, only risk-taking propensity is positively related to entrepreneurial intention. Interestingly, while artistic creativity seems to enhance entrepreneurial intention, scholarly creativity is found to stimulate a more cautious approach toward venturing. The findings also reveal that scholarly creativity fully mediates the relationship between tolerance for ambiguity and entrepreneurial intention.Originality/valueThe study makes an original contribution by showcasing how both artistic and scholarly creativity developed in the same socially situated cognitive environment can differentially influence decision-making and the relationship between entrepreneurial personality traits and entrepreneurial intention, thus contributing to social cognition perspectives and research in entrepreneurship.
The objective of the work is to study the specifics of aesthetic and artistic consciousness in their interaction in terms of literary comprehension of philosophical concepts; to highlight the levels ...of interaction between aesthetics and literature as a factor in the formation of aesthetic dominants of the literary trend and artistic method. The focus of the work determines the use of cultural-historical, historicalliterary, philosophical and aesthetic research methods. Aesthetic consciousness is understood as a mode of intellectual-sensory perception (and assessment) of empirical reality, which determines the type of artistic consciousness and is reflected in a work of fiction. Three levels of correlation between aesthetic consciousness and reality are distinguished: the syncretic, at which the aesthetic consciousness merges with the empirical, dissolving into reality, and the ideal of beauty corresponds to scientific ideas about the surrounding world and man; the discrete level emphasises a certain autonomy of aesthetic consciousness from empirical one, its orientation towards the expression of some ideological or ideal essence; the synthetic, representing dialectical interaction and mutual influence, giving rise to harmony and aesthetic value of the unity of content and form. The specificity of the relationship between aesthetic and artistic consciousness is determined. The process of interaction between aesthetic and artistic consciousness as the interaction between aesthetics and literature takes place at two levels. The first level represents the transformation of the system of aesthetic-philosophical theories and characterises the state of aesthetic consciousness as a set of aesthetic views of the epoch. The second level is characterised by the process of “the transition of the artistic to the general cultural”, involving a change in worldview stereotypes when literature, producing its own spiritual values and anti-values, turns out to be able to reorient public consciousness (in some instances, even scientific) and public psychology, to shape the mindset, tastes, and specifics of everyday culture. The findings note that the convergence of aesthetic consciousness and literature, along with the actualisation of the principle of possibilities that began in the Romantic era, largely predetermined the development of aesthetic consciousness at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, when their interaction became so intertwined that it formed a unity. The distinction between aesthetics and literature practically disappeared, ushering in a new stage of cultural reorientation for aesthetics and art.
