Introduction
Already in its first implementation, the introduction of the Covid‐19 immunity certificate has generated some debate among the public. This debate might be a hindrance to the effective ...realization of this policy. This study aimed to systematically review published research evaluating public feeling of the Covid‐19 immunity certificate policy measure and to find which factors might influence its acceptance.
Methods
We followed the scoping review methods manual by the Joanna Briggs Institute. We included studies with no time limits that presented novel data, and no exclusions have been made based on study design. We excluded articles that presented just expert opinions.
Results
We found and reviewed 17 articles. The included studies were conducted in two main countries (the United Kingdom and Switzerland), with the rest from Israel, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, Taiwan and China. Both qualitative and quantitative studies were included, and nonrepresentative samples were mostly used to explore the public feeling about the Covid‐19 immunity certification. The included studies showed that public views on immunity certification are quite contradictory and influenced by age, gender, ethnicity, political orientation and attitudes towards Covid‐19 vaccination. The topic more often addressed by the included studies was the public's views on the positive and negative implications of the Covid‐19 immunity certificate in terms of ethical, legal and behavioural consequences of this measure.
Conclusion
The varying acceptance rates are notable and may partly be linked to differences in demographics, Covid‐19 concerns and ideological beliefs, as seen in other health‐related tracking policies. Moreover, dominant factors behind the (un)success of this policy are complex and entangled with the cultural and political dimensions rather than being just technical. For this reason, it is important to expand psychosocial research to better understand the concerns behind health certifications and allow planning of culturally based and ethically sound suitable strategies. This would be very relevant to increasing public approval and compliance with this public health measure.

Article 19 of the UUPA states that land registration is carried out as a way to guarantee legal certainty of land rights. The Land Office will issue a certificate of land rights for rights holders. ...Therefore, the right holder is obliged to register at the local Land Office if there is a transfer or assignment of rights. This study aims to determine: 1) the legal status of the blocked land certificate, and 2) the legal certainty of the land title certificate when the registration of the block has passed 30 days or there has been a court decision regarding the block. This study uses a normative juridical research method. The approach to the problem used is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The data analysis used is qualitative in the form of descriptive analytical. The data source used is in the form of secondary data consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. The research results show that: 1) the legal status of the blocked land title certificate is that transitional legal actions and land rights are imposed. 2) The legal certainty of a land title certificate when the registration of the block has passed 30 days is the restoration of the legal status of the land title certificate holder.
Companies that want to do business that involve the food sector (restaurants, catering, slaughterhouses and home industry) are required to obtain halal certification permits. In order to determine ...business lines, whether micro, large, medium, small businesses are based on the initial asset value, this does not include the appraisal value of land and buildings and turnover from the total sales of goods or the number of permanent employees. Based on the results of the research, the requirements for granting halal certificates are KTP (Identity Card) of Business Owners, Business Permits, IUMK (Micro and Small Business Permits), Home Industry Food (P-IRT), and NPWP (Taxpayer Identification Number). Whereas the procedure has an understanding regarding the requirements for halal certification and is willing to take part in the halal assurance system training, implement the Halal Assurance system (SJH), prepare halal certification document files, carry out (upload halal certification data document), monitor pre-inspection and make certification accent payments, carry out inspection, conducts post-inspection monitoring, has Halal Certification. Thus, the requirements and procedures for granting Halal Certification, especially in West Tulang Bawang Regency, can be done easily. It's just that it requires extra power and maximum effort to obtain this. Thus, it is necessary to provide convenience and relief in the cost of making Halal Certificates, especially for the general public, whose majority still lack knowledge of technology.
•The substitution effect of RPS and REC trade for the FIT was calculated and analyzed.•A multi-region power market model was proposed and developed.•REC trade can reduce the government’s expenditure ...on subsidies for renewable energy.•FIT subsidy provides guarantees of the local power sectors’ profit.•RPS, REC trade and FIT subsidy need to be considered together.
The Feed-in Tariff (FIT) has been successfully used to promote the development of renewable energy; nevertheless, it may cause financial burden on the governments at the same time. Compared with FIT, Renewable Portfolio Standards (RPS) and the Renewable Energy Certificate (REC) trading have been considered to reduce the government’s expenditure caused by the subsidization. To examine the effectiveness of RPS and REC trading, the development of renewable energy and the environmental and economic benefits under different policies have been quantitatively investigated by using a multi-region power market model and China has been chosen as a case study. The obtained results show that: (i) REC trading can efficiently reduce the government’s expenditure on subsidies for the development of renewable energy; (ii) Compared to FIT, RPS and REC trading will reduce the power sectors’ profit; and (iii) RPS and REC trading may not be enough to achieve the target on renewable energy especially when the capital cost is high, therefore, RPS, REC trade and FIT subsidy should be implemented as complementary policies, not independent.
Educational certificate counterfeiting is a major global challenge. There is no doubt that addressing both the problem of forgery and the verification of academic certificates is a fundamental issue ...that deserves research, development, and support at the highest levels. This paper presents a decentralized educational certificate verification system leveraging the Ethereum blockchain and the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) to combat counterfeiting. Ropsten is used as a real-life Ethereum test network to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed system. IPFS is used to store educational certificate files on a decentralised file system. The smart contract is built in the Solidity language, compiled, and deployed using the online Remix IDE. The verification process is supported by scanning a QR code, which retrieves the validating certificate’s information from the Ethereum network in real-time.
Abstract
The unusable fuel quantity plays a key basis for calibration of aircraft fuel gauge and fuel measurement system. Using large helicopter fuel tanks as case study, the paper described ...airworthiness requirements for fuel system design and current research development. In particular, the paper presented an analysis method can be utilized and referenced as means of compliance for airworthiness requirements. This method will reduce the qualification time and save money for physical and dynamic bench test/flight test in the future.
•Building assessment through simple measurements and the use of smart meters.•Improvements in EPC calculation and recommendations through calibration and optimisation techniques.•Measures and tasks ...are proposed to digitise the certification system and share data between the different stakeholders.•A plan for the renovation of a Norwegian house throughout its life cycle is proposed.•The renovation measures are cost-effective and are proposed at the most opportune time for implementation.
The Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for existing dwellings has not been able to promote the renovation rate. The main reasons are associated with the low quality of the assessment and renovation recommendations provided. These are not able to provide the information or confidence needed to undertake a renovation project. So far, neither reports for the EPBD nor studies by researchers have proposed modifications to the model used to assess existing buildings under the EPBD. The present research proposes a procedure to evaluate, design improvements, store and share data on the renovation process of each building. Specifically, the procedure is based on three steps, the first one is to apply simplified measurements on the dwelling, laser scanning and envelope testing. The second stage, using the electricity consumption data, was to calibrate and calculate the thermal properties of the building. Finally, tailor-made recommendations for the whole life cycle of the house are proposed and stored in a database. After an optimisation and life cycle analysis of different measurement packages. The results show that by incorporating currently available tools, such as scanners, smart meters and BIM, a complete building condition profile can be obtained, stored and shared, and renovation measures with their benefits and costs can be realistically proposed. This study is in line with what has been proposed by previous studies, the need to digitise the certification system, to use new technologies and to capture the trust of the users.
There have been 31,228 land-related cases in Indonesia in the last four years. As much as 37 percent of the total is a matter of dispute. This problem is generally due to overlapping business use ...rights (HGU). The purpose of this research is to examine the legal certainty of land rights that have dual ownership certificates. The research method used in this paper is a qualitative research method with a normative juridical approach. Settlement through the Court, is carried out if the counseling effort stops or it turns out that there is a fundamental problem that needs to be resolved by another authorized agency, such as a court, it is advisable for the person concerned to submit the matter to the Court. In relation to the dual certificates, the Supreme Court (MA) is of the opinion that if there are two or more certificates on the same land, the valid and legally binding certificate is the certificate issued earlier. There are still not many studies that examine the role of the Supreme Court in resolving legal disputes against property rights certificate holders with the issuance of multiple certificates.
