El objetivo del presente estudio fue analizar la asociación del nivel de condición física con variables de rendimiento cognitivo como memoria, cálculo matemático, velocidad de razonamiento ...lingüístico y creatividad. La muestra estaba formada por 163 adolescentes (78 chicas y 85 chicos) de 13,9 ±1,4 años. La memoria se evaluó mediante una adaptación propia basada en la prueba RIAS. Para el cálculo matemático y el razonamiento lingüístico se usaron tests ad hoc y para la creatividad el test CREA. Los análisis mostraron que la resistencia cardiorrespiratoria de los jóvenes se asocia a mejores niveles de memoria (p = ,027), cálculo matemático (p = ,035), razonamiento lingüístico (p = ,014) y creatividad (p = ,005), independientemente de la edad, sexo e índice de masa corporal de los jóvenes. Sin embargo, mejores niveles de velocidad-agilidad, fuerza y flexibilidad no se relacionaron con mejoras en ninguna de las variables dependientes analizadas (todos p > ,05). Se concluye que la resistencia cardiorrespiratoria es el componente de la condición física que en mayor medida se relaciona con altas capacidades cognitivas de los jóvenes. Se sugiere, que desde la Educación Física se implementen programas específicos para incrementar el nivel de capacidad cardiorrespiratoria, con prácticas sistemáticas especialmente durante el periodo extraescolar.
Given the overwhelming increase in the background of knowledge-based economy and cross-functional team, one of the critical challenges that stimulation of the team creativity face when trying to ...integrate members across different functions is the need to concern individual-team suitability and overcome differentiated knowledge representation. However, availability of person-organization fit is merely applied to organization s’ development at individual level. And the issue of how to enhance team creativity in the process of interactive coordination and knowledge sharing is largely understudied. Our study attempts to investigate the TMS links between the member-team fit and cross-functional team creativity, we introduce one of the individual self-concept as moderator variable in the above relationships. We have administered a survey design with 82 teams from 35 Sic-tech enterprises and employed the cross-level mediating model for data analysis. Results show that TMS served as a positive mediator between the cross-level relationships and a feasible path of moderated mediation has been explored. These findings indicates that in the formation of a cross-functional team creativity at the cross-level are important mechanisms to understand how the remarkable effects from the individual level are transmitted to the team level.
Creativity is woven into the culture of Black America. Our histories and struggles as members of the minoritized African Diaspora are recorded and passed on in song and story, in movement and design. ...We are – and have been – the creators of an evolving culture that is simultaneously underestimated and desired by dominant culture. This othering poses real and pressing threats to our lives and livelihoods, as we are consumed and exploited to the point of erasure; and yet we keep creating. But why? What is creativity to the Black American living in such a predatory society? And how do I, as a Black creative minoritized in a Healing profession, engage with it? How do you play when you're prey? These questions form the basis for an heuristic exploration into a video blog project entitled "Black Creative Healing," where Black creatives are recorded engaging in conversation and collaboration over concepts relating to Blackness, Creativity, and the Healing process. Through arts-based analysis of past collaborations, available publicly on Youtube, I will investigate my own motivations, inspirations and roadblocks to the creative process as a Black healer. I will interrogate the directions and intentions laid bare by my creative endeavors and seek to define a central ethos by which other Black creatives may find themselves seen and encouraged, in the interest of finding balance between the "me" that is – and has been – prey, and the "me" that has only ever known – and been known by – play.
Cet article vise à esquisser quatre scénarios d’intégration de la recherche-création (RC) dans l’organisation universitaire. Cette intégration pose des défis qui, le plus souvent, sont considérés sur ...le plan épistémologique mettant en concurrence la connaissance produite par la RC avec celle produite par les autres formes de recherche qui ont défini l’université moderne. Pourtant, considérée sous l’angle de l’organisation administrative du travail scientifique, l’émergence de la RC soulève des problèmes dont l’urgence justifie de réfléchir aux modalités de son intégration. L’exercice de prospective proposé ici souligne la fécondité de ce regard organisationnel et présente un cadre méthodologique permettant de tirer partie du travail créatif en recherche. Les scénarios imaginés soulignent la nature et la diversité des formes organisationnelles auxquelles peut mener l’intégration universitaire de la RC.
Bu araştırmanın amacı, Yaratıcı Takım İklimi Ölçeğinin Türkçe uyarlamasını yapmaktır. Özellikle yeni dünya düzeninde, örgütlerin rekabet sürecini başarılı bir şekilde yönetmesinin altında bireylerin ...ve takımların yaratıcı eylem ve düşüncelerinin önemli bir rolü olması nedeniyle, tüm sektörlerde yaygın olarak kullanılabilecek Yaratıcı Takım İklimi Ölçeğinin Türk kültüründe değerlendirilmesi önemli görülmüştür. Türkçe literatürde söz konusu ölçeğin geçerlemesini test eden bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubuna Mersin ve Ankara illerindeki iki farklı sektörün çalışanları dahil edilmiştir. Analizler neticesinde söz konusu ölçeğin orijinal ölçekle uyum gösterdiği ve Türkiye’deki farklı sektörler üzerinde yaratıcı takım iklimi algısının ölçülmesinde güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olduğuna dair güçlü kanıtlara ulaşılmıştır.
This research aims to investigate the impact of career anchors on Human Resource Development. The questionnaires of Schein (2006) and Faghihipour and Haghgou (2016) were employed to evaluate career ...anchors, and HRD, respectively. The research population included all 200 employees of the Customs Department of Ardebil Province. The sample size was determined, using Krejcie and Morgan table, as 127, selected through non-random sampling method. Data analysis was done on LISREL, and structural equation modelling was used to analyse the hypotheses. The results showed that different aspects of career anchors such as managerial competence, security, entrepreneurial creativity, autonomy and independence, service and dedication, pure challenge, and lifestyle had a significant positive effect on HRD.
