    ホスピタリティ産業のビジネス現場は慢性的に量・質とも人材不足に直面している。近年,人とロボットの役割や効果を考えたサービス労働力へ期待が高まる。そこで,本研究では,宿泊産業を取り巻く働く環境に関する調査を実施した。まず,「職務不満足の発生要因」に関して,“ホテル内部でコントロール可能な領域”として,「組織問題」「人手不足」「接遇問題」「システム問題」が全体の67.8%を占め高く現れた。“ホテル側がコントロールしにくい領域”では「外部環境問題」「顧客態度・対応問題」が現れた。また,転職に影響を及ぼす大きな要因は「接遇(給与)問題」と「業務環境」であることが分かった。最後に,ロボット導入を終えたホテルと希望するホテルともに労働業務を減らす方法として考えていることが分かったが,導入したと答えたホテルが今回調査からは14%に過ぎない。今後ロボットと人間がどう共存し顧客価値を高めるのか,その提案を試みる。
