This paper presents the results of the research which was aimed to examine the connection between the collaboration between family and school, and parental involvement in education. The sample ...included 198 parents of senior primary school students in South-Eastern Serbia. For the purposes of the research, a Questionnaire was designed which consisted of 30 items, grouped into two parts: the first part deals with forms of family and school cooperation, and the second focuses on parents’ perception of educational techniques. Chi-square test shows that the most common form of parental cooperation with school is parent meeting, and that mothers are more engaged than fathers when it comes to parent meetings and lectures for parents. Based on parents’ assessments of education techniques, understanding and support is the education technique that dominates parental involvement in children’s education, while high level of control had a lower score. There were differences observed in parents’ assessments of education techniques analysed by t-test, where more withdrawal from children, as well as less control in are shown more by fathers than by mothers. Examination of the predictive properties of independent variables was tested using linear regression. The obtained research results on the impact of certain forms of cooperation with school on parental involvement in education have shown that lectures for parents and conversations at the initiative of the class teacher are predictors in creating desirable patterns of parental behaviour by granting children the right to their opinion. Gaining empirical insight into the mentioned relations benefits future research and practice of education efforts of the family and school.
The article is devoted to the consideration of organizational mechanisms and practices. They contribute to increasing the role of higher education organizations in the implementation of lifelong ...learning programs and ensure the financial stability of organizations. Within the frame of the article, the data of the “New Opportunities for Everyone” federal project realization collected during a survey of university leaders were analyzed. Heads of lifelong learning programmes departments of 51 universities, realized the federal project, have been participating in the survey, as well as over 15.3 thousand students who provided a description of the qualitative characteristics of the educational services and programmes.The results of survey showed that the number of students participating in lifelong learning programmes at universities increase, as well as the profitability of the programmes potentially depends on management solutions: implementation of a strategy for the lifelong learning programmes development, the university’s participation in federal projects and programmes, implementation of new programmes offered (orientation on different target groups, training the corporate groups, the introduction of online modules and digitalization of programs, initiating the programmes for the development of supra-professional and digital skills), digitalization of lifelong learning programmes and use the network forms of cooperation, taking into account the specialists’ skills needed for employers, expanding relations with enterprises and business partners in the region.The authors of the article formulated proposals and recommendations for the lifelong learning programmes development in regional universities, taking into account the needs of employees, the needs of the real sector of the economy, the financial and economic effectiveness of educational services
The purpose of the article is to substantiate logistics outsourcing as an effective mechanism for improving the efficiency of the enterprise.
The authors summarize the arguments and counterarguments ...in the scientific discussion on logistics outsourcing as one of the best methods of optimizing resources in the activity of enterprises, one of the important factors of modern business. Systematization of the results of the research of scientific sources made it possible to identify the problems of outsourcing use in various spheres of activity of economic entities. Systematization of studies of aspects of enterprise management based on logistic approaches has allowed formulating the statement that special value all over the world in logistics is devoted to outsourcing. For many years there is a tendency in this area to transfer a part or all of the logistics functions to specialized companies and outsourcing of logistics services is used by the vast majority of enterprises. Because, as higher the level of consumption in the country, there is more need to involve in the supply chain the goods of qualified logistics operators and transfer part of their operations to logistics outsourcing.
The authors estimate the logistic outsourcing of the enterprise of PE “VEGA LTD” for the method of Yu. Zhelinskiy, which combines the change of income and expenses of the enterprise. Based on the calculations, it is proved that outsourcing for PE “VEGA LTD” is profitable. Therefore, it is advisable to use outsourced services not only for transport logistics but also for other logistic activities of the enterprise.
In the process of investigating the problems of logistics outsourcing and its impact on the efficiency of foreign economic activity of the company, the authors proved that outsourcing in logistics is one of the most modern business models. The use of this approach makes it possible to achieve significant competitive advantages in the activity of the enterprise. The main motives that drive outsourcing of logistics functions are the desire to make the business manageable, reduce transaction costs while obtaining quality service and profit. The results of the study are of practical importance and may be useful to scholars interested in the study of logistical outsourcing, as well as to the enterprises where outsourcing is most commonly used.
Counteracting social exclusion, although it is not legally binding, is the subject of public administration agenda. The administration, acting for the benefit of individuals, as part of its rendering ...function, performs tasks which foundations lie in many legal acts, and which essence addresses social exclusion. As part of their statutory tasks, Polish NGOs operate in areas that fall within the sphere of social administration. Both of these activities are important from the point of view of the interest of individuals at risk or subject to social exclusion. In their areas of activity - administrative bodies and non-governmental organizations - are subject to different regulations. The focus of this paper is on those regulations which form the basis for effective cooperation and allow combining the potentials of both these sectors. It should be noted that in the system of administrative law there are many examples of regulations that provide the basis for cooperation between various legal forms.
Przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu, chociaż nie jest prawnie, to jest przedmiotem zadań administracji publicznej. Administracja działająca na rzecz jednostek w ramach swojej funkcji świadczącej, realizuje zadania, których podstawy znajdują się w wielu aktach prawnych, a ich istota wypełnia przedmiotowy zakres pojęcia wykluczenia społecznego. Polskie organizacje pozarządowe w ramach swoich zadań statutowych także prowadzą działalność w zakresach mieszczących się w sferze działania administracji socjalnej. Obie te aktywności są istotne z punktu widzenia interesu jednostek zagrożonych lub podlegających wykluczeniu społecznemu. W obu tych obszarach działań – organów administracji i organizacji pozarządowych – podlegających różnym regulacjom, powinny znajdować się takie, które stanowią podstawę i umożliwiają łączenie potencjałów obu tych sektorów. Wskazać należy, iż w systemie norm prawa administracyjnego istnieje wiele przykładów regulacji, które dają podstawę do podjęcia współpracy w różnych formach prawnych. Artykuł ma charakter opracowania teoretycznego.
El presente trabajo es una revisión y análisis de las diferentes formas o modelos de la cooperacióninternacional al desarrollo y una propuesta sobre las funciones que puede ejercer el Trabajo Social ...encada una de ellas. Lo primero se justifica por la dispersión teórica existente. Lo segundo por la crecientepresencia de los trabajadores sociales en este nuevo entorno social. Los objetivos de este trabajo sonanalizar las diferentes formas de cooperación y describir las funciones del trabajo social en cada una deellas. El procedimiento empleado ha sido doble. Por un lado, se ha recurrido a la propia experiencia delos autores en el campo de la cooperación internacional. Y por otro a los diferentes modelos ofrecidospor las instituciones de desarrollo. Los resultados del análisis son las valoraciones que se realizan en elartículo sobre cada una de las formas de cooperación internacional al desarrollo.
The article is aimed at studying the processes of interaction of participants at the regional level. The necessity of search and development of directions of cooperation of participants in process of ...realization of tasks of both sectoral and regional development has been proved. A peculiar philosophy of cooperation has been formulated, it has been proved that it should not appear as some legal formality. The objectives of cooperation within in terms its broad understanding have been defined, taking into consideration the conception of classical marketing complex (4P). The basic theories of cooperation have been reviewed, on the basis of analyzing these it has been found that an intensifying precisely the non-economic conditions of cooperation at regional level is necessary, and also that cooperation and interaction in region should be considered with understanding of function of different parties to the discussed forms of cooperation. A characterization of forms of both intra- and inter-sectoral cooperation of the participants, operating at the regional level, has been developed. The importance of the institutional forms of cooperation in relation to the processes of solving common problems of both the sectoral and the regional development has been substantiated.
The subject of the research is public relations concerning the execution of the powers of the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the sphere of local ...self-government.The aim of the research is substantiating the urgent need for legal regulation of the forms of participation of the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in municipal legal relations, systematization of these forms and determining the limits of participation of this official in municipal legal relations.When setting the aim of the research, the authors proceeded from the fact that the independence of local self-government defined in the Constitution of the Russian Federation is not absolute and unlimited. On the contrary, the Constitution of the Russian Federation and current federal legislation provide the possibility of participation of state authorities, including the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, in municipal legal relations. The research methodology includes general scientific methods, as well as some special ones, such as formal logic, structural analysis, structural-functional and interpretative methods, legal analysis, comparative analysis. The authors analyzed legal regulation in Russia and law enforcement practiceThe main results of the research. Theoretical and practical approaches to legal substantiation of the necessity of participation of the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in municipal legal relations were formulated. The authors systematized the organizational and legal forms of participation of the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in municipal legal relations and analyzed their content. This made it possible to substantiate a set of proposals directly or indirectly aimed at improving this model of public relations within the framework of the concept of the unity of public authority enshrined in the Constitution. The main forms of participation of the highest official of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in municipal legal relations are: promoting the development of local self-government; interaction with local self-government bodies; participation in the formation of local self-government bodies; application (participation in application) of measures of legal responsibility in respect of local self-government bodies and local self-government officials; temporary exercise of certain powers of local self-government bodies.Conclusions. According to the special legal status of the highest official in the system of state authorities of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, the combined potential of all organizational and legal forms of his participation in municipal legal relations undoubtedly allows to increase the effectiveness of public authority. Such participation helps to provide additional guarantees for the implementation of governmental programs for the development of local self-government on the territory of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, to assist local self-government bodies in resolving local issues and vested certain state powers, to ensure strict observance of the law, rights and freedoms of people on the territory of municipalities.
The modern universities play a key role in the socio-economic development of a region of their location. The long-term partnerships between educational organizations and employers contribute to a ...stronger competitive position of the region as a center of intellectual resources and human capital, foster innovative development of entrepreneurship forms and strengthening of the regional economy. The article focuses on the practical implementation of the main forms of cooperation between higher education system and business community on the example of Orenburg State University. The authors have systematized and grouped the organizational and conceptual forms and methods of interaction. The conclusion formulates the need to introduce an integrated practiceoriented approach in the field of interaction between universities and enterprises-employers in order to train competitive specialists for the regional economy in accordance with the project “Young professionals” within the national project “Education”.ки региона.
This study aims to determine the increase in students' understanding of the concept of forms of cooperation that exist in an organization. The reason for this class action research is that there are ...many students who have not graduated when the evaluation is carried out on the concept of forms of cooperation in organizations. After applying the role-playing model in Civics lessons about the concept of forms of cooperation in organizations in grade IV SDN Tegal Kalong, it turns out that students' understanding has increased.
