Electronic systems are very important part of the automotive industry. Electronic products have high reliability due to the critical functions performed by some of the modern modules. Cyclic ...mechanical load and vibration are main of the conditions, that the electronic modules are subjected during the transport. In this paper, the main incompatibilities in the internal transport processes of soldering of selected elements for automotive company are presented. The main purpose of the article is to identify the causes of these nonconformities. The source of the cause of nonconformity was determined by means of quality tools and methods: 5 WHY analysis or modified p-FMEA analysis. The results obtained from the presented investigations enable the elaboration solutions for the transport process inside the analyzed company. The presented solutions are the result of eliminating or limiting the amount of non-conformities in the analyzed process. The important expectations of solutions are presented. The proposed solutions are the result of eliminating or limiting the amount of non-conformities in the analyzed process on the soldering line.
Based on a micro-founded gravity equation and resorting to a new database of interregional trade flows within European Union countries, we study the asymmetric concentration of inflows in importing ...regions when exports come from regions with different geographical advantages in terms of their accessibility to the international border. As a case study we consider the Spanish-French border characterized by two distinct coastal gateways that funnel most road freight. Differentiating between domestic and international distances we conclude that the intensity of trade depends on the relative accessibility to the transportation network. We perform robustness checks for different sectors, and multimodal and re-exporting schemes.
The ubiquitous feather mosses Pleurozium schreberi and Hylocomium splendens form a thick, continuous boundary layer between the soil and the atmosphere, and play important roles in hydrology and ...nutrient cycling in tundra and boreal ecosystems. The water fluxes among these mosses and environmental factors controlling them are poorly understood. The aim of this study was to investigate whether feather mosses are capable of internal transport and to provide a better understanding of species-specific morphological traits underlying this function. The impacts of environmental conditions on their internal transport rates were also investigated.
Cells involved in water and food conduction in P. schreberi and H. splendens were identified by transmission electron microscopy. Symplasmic and apoplasmic fluorescent tracers were applied to the moss stems to determine the routes of internal short- and long-distance transport and the impact of air humidity on the transport rates.
Symplasmic transport over short distances occurs via food-conducting cells in both mosses. Pleurozium schreberi is also capable of apoplasmic internal long-distance transport via a central strand of hydroids. These are absent in H. splendens. Reduced air humidity significantly increased the internal transport of both species, and the increase was significantly faster for P. schreberi than for H. splendens.
Pleurozium schreberi and Hylocomium splendens are capable of internal transport but the pathway and conductivity differ due to differences in stem anatomy. These results help explain their varying desiccation tolerance and possibly their differing physiology and autecology and, ultimately, their impact on ecosystem functioning.
At the T-10 tokamak, the Thomson scattering diagnostics was upgraded in 2016. The new system is based on the Nd:YAG laser with the pulse repetition frequency of 100 Hz; the measurements can be ...performed every 10 ms during the entire plasma discharge at the spatial resolution of up to 5 mm. Using the upgraded diagnostics, the electron temperature measurements were performed during experimental campaigns of the T-10 tokamak in 2016−2018. In the regimes with the electron cyclotron resonance heating, it was demonstrated that the regions with increased temperature gradients form in the plasma, which was interpreted as the formation of internal transport barrier. The ASTRA-code-based simulations of the current profile time evolution made it possible to correlate the positions of the barrier and the rational surface

The food industry is characterized by specific technical and technological conditions. Sanitary and epidemiological considerations play a very important role as well, and the materials used in ...production must meet the appropriate conditions. In the case of transport operations, the above criteria must also be met. The article presents the problems of transporting beverages in aluminum can packaging using a plate conveyor. Depending on the efficiency of the production machines, the type of material (product packaging), the location of the center of gravity and the angle of friction, the parameters of the conveyor's work were determined.
