Learning media play an essential role for students to understand learning material. This study aimed to produce educational monopoly media on material cultural diversity by strengthening patriotism ...in grade IV Elementary School. This development uses the Dick and Carey model. The result of validation by a material expert, media expert, and user get a case of 100 percent, 83.3 percent, and 91.6 percent. Students question results on small-scale tests, and field tests get 93.3% and 92 percent. Educative monopoly can foster a character who loves the motherland with a percentage value of 90 percent.Media pembelajaran berperan penting bagi siswa untuk memahami materi pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk media Monopoli Edukatif materi keberagaman budaya dengan penguatan karakter cinta tanah air di kelas IV sekolah dasar yang valid berdasarkan ahli materi, ahli media, guru, dan praktis bagi siswa. Pengembangan ini menggunakan model Dick dan Carey. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, dan pengguna memperoleh persentase sebesar 100 persen, 83,3 persen, dan 91,6 persen. Hasil angket siswa pada uji skala kecil dan uji lapangan memperoleh persentase sebesar 93,3% dan 92 persen. Monopoli Edukatif dapat menumbuhkan karakter cinta tanah air dengan persentase nilai sebesar 90 persen.

An economic activity can be regarded as ikhtikar if it meets two conditions; first, the hoarding object is the goods of the community's needs; second; the purpose of stockpiling is to achieve profit above the normal profit.Abstrak. Monopoli Rent-Seeking dan Dumping Policy Dalam Etika Bisnis (Studi Pendapat Para Ekonom Muslim). Monopoli rent-seeking dan dumping policy terjadi didorong oleh realitas bisnis yang mengabaikan nilai-nilai moralitas. Bagi sementara pihak, bisnis adalah aktifitas ekonomi manusia yang bertujuan mencari laba semata-mata. Islam tidak melarang seseorang melakukan aktivitas bisnis, baik dalam kondisi dia merupakan satu-satunya penjual (monopoli) maupun ada penjual lain dan Islam juga tidak melarang seseorang menyimpan stok barang untuk keperluan persediaan. Aktifitas monopoli Rent-Seeking dan dumping policy merupakan suatu aktifitas ekonomi dalam bidang bisnis yang kegiatannya dilarang, karena dapat mendzalimi dan memudharatkan orang lain dan temasuk kepada bisnis yang tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis. Akan tetapi sebuah aktifitas ekonomi baru dapat dikatakan sebagai ikhtikar jika memenuhi setidaknya dua syarat; pertama, objek penimbunan merupakan barang-barang kebutuhan masyarakat, dan kedua; tujuan penimbunan adalah untuk meraih keuntungan diatas keuntungan normal.

Perusahaan asuransi mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang disebut dengan bancassurance. Penamaan ini sesungguhnya terkait dengan strategi penggabungan kerjasama antara produk bank dan ...asuransi. Berdasarkan SE BI No.12/35/DPNP tanggal 23 Desember 2010, aktivitas bancassurance terdiri dari beberapa kategori; dari kategori tersebut terdapat jenis bancassurance yang termasuk dalam pure product bundling atau yang serig disebut tying. Jenis budling yang seperti ini berada dibawah pengaturan mengenai exclusive dealing yang pada dasarnya dilarang oleh UU Anti Monopoli walaupun dengan menggunakan pendekatan rule of reason. Mempertimbangkan kondisi penguasaan pasar asuransi (market share) oleh perusahaan asuransi pada saat ini, dapat dikatakan bahwa pure product bundling atau tying yang terjadi pada aktivitas bancassurance tidak melanggar UU Persaingan Usaha. Namun demikian, ada kemungkinan kecil dapat menciptakan situasi monopoli dan persaingan usaha tidak sehat sehingga melanggar UU Persaingan Usaha.Abstract
Insurance companies develop marketing strategies to promote their product called bancassurance. According to the SE BI No. 12/35/DPNP dated December 23, 2010, bancassurance had some category. Furthermore, it is known that there is a kind of bancassurance that included in the category of pure product bundling or often referred as tying. This bundling categories fall under exclusive dealing provision that basically prohibited by the Competition Act, with rule of reason approach. By considering the current condition of the insurance companys market share, it could be said that pure product bundling or tying in bancassurance is not infringe competition law however have a very small potential to creates monopolistic practices and unfair business competition, therefore violating Competition Law.
The purpose of this study are: (1) to develop Bio-Monopoli, an educational game as learning media of Human Musculoskeletal System topic for High School students; (2) to find out the appropriateness ...of the Bio-Monopoli; and (3) to identify whether there is any difference in student's learning motivation pra-experimental and post-experimental using Bio-Monopoli. This was a 'Research and Development' (R & D) study referring to 10 Borg & Gall's stages (1983). The study's subjects are theorist, Biology teacher, media experts, and students of XI IPA of MAN 1 Sleman. Data collected by purposive random and incidental sampling technique using questionnaire. The data of the media's appropriateness were analyzed descriptively. The data of student's learning motivation were analyzed by Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and N-gain calculation. The result shows that Bio-Monopoli is very good and effective according to the respondents based on media engineering, visual communication, and learning aspect. There is a significant difference of student's learning motivation pra-and post-experimental using Bio-Monopoli. Learning motivation's increase included in moderate criteria with 0.424 in N-gain score.

Bitumen was found to occur on archaeological potsherds collected from two Apulia Middle Bronze Age sites, Monopoli and Torre Santa Sabina (Italy). Bitumen from two different areas, Majella (Italy) and Selenicë (Albania), were analyzed as potential reference samples to assess the geographic origin of the archaeological bitumen using geochemical analytical techniques. Analysis of the archaeological samples from different layers at both sites showed that the bitumen possesses the same gross composition and biomarker distribution patterns. Sterane and terpane profiles from the archaeological samples were very similar to some of the geological samples collected from Selenicë. In both archeological and selected Selenicë samples, sterane distributions were dominated by the C29 homologues (46–54%), followed by the C27 (26–33%) and C28 homologues (ca. 21%). Other biomarkers, such as gammacerane and oleanane, as well as the stable carbon isotopic composition of the asphaltene fraction, also suggest that the bitumen from the two archaeological sites was imported from Albania during Middle Bronze Age.
Selain itu, kehadiran lm di Indonesia memanglah tidak begitu lentur fungsinya kepada masyarakat. Jika masyarakat masih menempatkan lm sebagai hiburan, padahal lm memiliki fungsi yang beragam, maka ...terjadi persoalan pada tata peredarannya. Terdapat agenda politik ekonomi tertentu yang menggiring lm memiliki fungsi atas kepentingan tertentu. Padahal lm mampu memiliki fungsi sebagai media alternatif untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan yang luas, di saat konsumsi terhadap pengetahuan di Indonesia masih saja dibatasi. Celakanya pembatasan tersebut tidak dilakukan oleh pemerintah saja, tetapi juga kelompok-kelompok baik berbasis massa maupun berbasis modal. Persoalan tersebut sebenarnya sudah disiasati oleh kelompok CLC Purbalingga. Kelompok ini tidak lantas bergantung pada regulasi tata edar per lman di Indonesia dan budaya menempatkan lm sebagai strategi hiburan. Mereka berinisiasi mengelola ruang tontonan dan turut memberikan fasilitas berupa pengetahuan kepada siswa- siswa SMA dan SMK di Purbalingga dalam membuat lm. Hasilnya tidak hanya berbicara mengenai kuantitas jumlah lm saja, melainkan tontonan lm mampu menjadi bagian dari budaya masyarakat Purbalingga. Sedangkan produk lmnya, secara konsisten selalu mendapat apresiasi dan penghargaan dalam skala nasional maupun internasional dari tahun 2004 hingga 2018. Upaya yang dilakukan CLC Purbalingga terhadap lm dapat mengubah posisi lm tidak sebatas menjadi media hiburan saja, melainkan menjadi literasi bahkan menjadi bagian dari budaya.
Di Indonesia jumlah kasus HIV/AIDS meningkat pada kelompok umur 20-29 tahun. Upaya pencegahan dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS pada remaja melalui pendidikan ...kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode simulasi permainan terhadap pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS pada remaja dikota Semarang (studi kasus di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest with control group. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 25 pada masing-masing kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Pengambilan data berupa pretest dan posttes dengan selang waktu 16 hari. Analisis menggunakan Uji McNemar dan chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS yang bermakna antara sebelum dan setelah intervensi pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode simulasi permainan (p value = 0,000). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode simulasi permainan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan komprehensif HIV/AIDS pada remaja di SMA Kesatrian 1 Semarang.In Indonesia, cases of HIV / AIDS increased in the age group 20-29 years. It could be concluded that the simulation game method was effective in improving the comprehensive knowledge of HIV / AIDS among adolescents in Kesatrian 1 Semarang senior high school.

This law gives equal opportunities to all the people of Indonesia to develop its economic potential. Prohibition monopoly practices and unfair competition is business practices that should be avoided because of the effect it has is quite heavy as not efficiens market, market distortions, which will eventually lead to disserved not only for consumers but also for producers, especially the middle class and small. In turn, the country will also be harmed because it is not supported by a solid economic foundation. Monopoly Practices and unfair competition is contrary to the values of justice and welfare, as an intrinsic human values that can lead to business activities intended to bring prosperity will not materialize at all.
Abstrak. Hasil belajar siswa sangat dipengaruhi oleh pemilihan dan penggunaan model pembelajaran. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh model pembelajaran Teams Games ...Tournament (TGT) dengan permainan monopoli terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X di SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa, (2) Pengaruh pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X di SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa, (3) Perbedaan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X di SMK Kolese Tiara Bangsa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT dengan permainan monopoli dan pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling, dengan rincian kelas X MM sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X TKJ sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen essai test sebanyak 10 soal yang telah valid dan reliabel (r= 0,69). Analisis data menggunakan one sampel t-test untuk uji hipotesis 1 dan 2 sedangkan untuk hipotesis 3 menggunakan uji independent sampel t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar pada siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran TGT dengan permainan monopoli thitung (2,207) > ttabel (). (2) Tidak terdapat pengaruh hasil belajar pada siswa yang diberikan pembelajaran konvensional thitung (-0,907) < ttabel (). (3) Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh model pembelajaran TGT dengan permainan monopoli dan model pembelajaran konvensional terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa thitung (2,069) > ttabel (2,008).Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran, Teams Games Tournamen (TGT), Permainan Monopoli, Pembelajaran Konvensional, Hasil Belajar Matematika
