Esta investigación presenta un análisis de contenido realizado sobre los mensajes que publicaron las marcas más importantes de la industria del juguete en España de acuerdo al Programa Estrella de la ...Asociación Española de Fabricantes de Juguetes (AEFJ) en la red social Facebook durante la campaña de Navidad 2014-2015. En concreto, se analizaron los mensajes publicados por Famosa, Playmobil, Comansi, Hasbro, Barbie y Fisher-Price. El principal objetivo de la investigación ha sido analizar la interacción entre las marcas y sus seguidores. Se tiene en cuenta la finalidad de las publicaciones y el empleo de recursos multimedia (vídeos, fotografías, etiquetas, emoticonos o enlaces a páginas web). En total se recogieron 991 mensajes. Los resultados desglosan las características que presentan los diez mensajes más populares (con más likes), los diez que registran más participación (es decir, lo que recibieron un mayor número de comentarios) y los diez más virales (los que se compartieron más veces). La estrategia empleada por este sector se basa en transmitir mensajes de carácter informativo o saludar a la audiencia a través de mensajes que son acompañados de una fotografía. Estos mensajes se corresponden con los que más gustan y se comparten. Por el contrario, los contenidos que más se comentan son aquellos que buscan la interacción con los usuarios a través de mecanismos como los concursos.
Significant progress has been made in prospectively designing molecules using the central nervous system multiparameter optimization (CNS MPO) desirability tool, as evidenced by the analysis reported ...herein of a second wave of drug candidates that originated after the development and implementation of this tool. This simple-to-use design algorithm has expanded design space for CNS candidates and has further demonstrated the advantages of utilizing a flexible, multiparameter approach in drug discovery rather than individual parameters and hard cutoffs of physicochemical properties. The CNS MPO tool has helped to increase the percentage of compounds nominated for clinical development that exhibit alignment of ADME attributes, cross the blood–brain barrier, and reside in lower-risk safety space (low ClogP and high TPSA). The use of this tool has played a role in reducing the number of compounds submitted to exploratory toxicity studies and increasing the survival of our drug candidates through regulatory toxicology into First in Human studies. Overall, the CNS MPO algorithm has helped to improve the prioritization of design ideas and the quality of the compounds nominated for clinical development.
La Revista de Gastroenterología de México (RGM) fundada en 1935 es una de las revistas de divulgación científica en México y Latinoamérica con mayor impacto. El objetivo del presente estudio es ...caracterizar los artículos más citados de la RGM incluyendo originales, revisión y consensos.
Se utilizaron las bases de datos de Scopus, PubMed y Google Scholar para identificar los artículos originales, revisión y consensos más citados de la RGM. Se analizaron sus características como diseño y tema, así como autores e instituciones participantes.
Los artículos más citados de la RGM corresponden al periodo entre 1996 y 2018, teniendo un promedio de 16.5 citas por artículo. El 58% (n = 29) de los trabajos pertenecen al área de gastroenterología y 20% (n = 10) a cirugía; los temas más frecuentes fueron: trastorno funcional digestivo, virus de hepatitis y cáncer gástrico. El 36% de los trabajos corresponden a un diseño prospectivo no aleatorizado, seguido de estudios transversales en el 26% y prospectivos aleatorizados en el 18%.
Los 50 artículos más citados representan un total de 826 citas, mientras que los 10 consensos y artículos de revisión más citados, 208 citas.
Estos trabajos presentan una diversidad en disciplinas afines a la gastroenterología que han logrado impactar en la comunidad científica y representan diferentes grupos de investigación activos a lo largo de la república mexicana y otros países.
The Revista de Gastroenterología de México (RGM), founded in 1935, is one of the most influential journals of scientific dissemination in Mexico and Latin America. The aim of the present review was to characterize the RGM's most frequently cited original articles, review articles, and consensuses.
The most cited original articles, review articles, and consensuses of the RGM were identified using the Scopus, PubMed, and Google Scholar databases. Their designs and topics, as well as their authors and participating institutions, were analyzed.
The most highly cited articles of the RGM corresponded to the period from 1996 to 2018, with a mean of 16.5 citations per article. Fifty-eight percent (n = 29) of the articles belonged to the area of gastroenterology and 20% (n = 10) to surgery. The most frequent topics were functional gastrointestinal disorders, hepatitis virus, and gastric cancer. Thirty-six percent of the articles had a nonrandomized prospective design, followed by cross-sectional studies (26%) and randomized prospective studies (18%).
The 50 most-cited articles included a total of 826 citations and the 10 most-cited consensuses and review articles had a total of 208 citations.
Those studies encompass a diversity of disciplines related to gastroenterology that have impacted the scientific community and correspond to the work of different active research groups in Mexico and other countries.
The monotypic genus Bovitrigla established by Fowler in 1938 accommodates B. acanthomoplate and is known from the Philippines and the South China Sea. A single specimen of B. acanthomoplate was ...collected from the Enshu-nada Sea off Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The species is characterized by having a long rostral spine, a long posttemporal spine and a postocular spine, which are the generic diagnostic characters. This record represents not only the first record from Japan but the northernmost record of this species. Comparing the Japanese specimen with ten specimens of this species collected from the South China Sea, we found the former differs in having the following characters: 52 lateral line scales vs. 54–57; snout length 47.5 % in HL vs. 42.5–46.4 %; and interorbital width 33.8 % in HL vs. 29.7–32.7 %. We redescribe this species in detail and give the new standard Japanese name, Minami-sokohobo for this species and Minami-sokohobo-zoku for the genus.
When solving complex time-variant reliability analysis（TRA）problems，the traditional TRA methods have the problem of low solving efficiency. Based on the approximating most-probable-points trajectory ...（AMPPT）method，the efficient approximating the most-probable-point trajectory（EAMPPT）method for TRA is proposed. According to the characteristics that the reliability of weakest part of the system determines the reliability of the system，EAMPPT takes full account of prediction values and their errors in the process of approximating the most-probable-point trajectory. The mathematical example is used to verify the effectiveness of the adaptive sampling method. EAMPPT is applied to solve TRA problems involving hydrokinetic turbine blades and the wing of the reusable aerospace during reenter. The results show that the calculation accuracy of the proposed EAMPPT and time-discretization based TRA method is similar，but the number of performance function evaluations of EAMPPT is less than 3% of traditional TDTRA.
Dans le Droit Canon de 1983, le législateur définit des exigences canoniques par rapport à la validité de la matière eucharistique. Dans le can. 924 § 2 on trouve une disposition concernant le pain, ...qui doit être purement constitué de blé et bien frais. Alors que dans l’Introduction générale du Missel romain ces exigences ont été complétées par une indication des caractéristiques du pain eucharistique selon lesquelles il devrait être sans levain (n° 320).
Le but de cet article est de montrer cette dernière caractéristique comme essentielle et symbolique mais pas absolument nécessaire dans le contexte de la validité de la matière eucharistique dans l’Église catholique, car dans la liturgie latine, pour célébrer l’Eucharistie on utilise justement du pain azyme (sans levain), tandis que dans certaines Églises catholiques de rite oriental, on célèbre la Divine Liturgie avec du pain au levain.
Des réponses au problème de recherche ainsi posé seront précédées d’une analyse linguistique dans laquelle l’origine de l’adjectif polonais przaśny (‘sans levain’) sera expliqué avec des références à la source grecque ἄζυμος d’où vient le mot latin azymus et son équivalent français azyme (‘sans levain’).
Objective The northern margin fault zone of the Qaidam Basin is a regional active fault zone in the northern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, forming the boundary fault of the northern Qaidam ...Basin and the Qilian Mountains. Studying its late Quaternary paleoseismic activity is of great significance for understanding the seismic recurrence cycle and seismic hazard of the northern margin fault zone of the Qaidam Basin. Methods Through geological survey, remote sensing interpretation, trench excavation, OSL geological dating, and analysis of paleoseismic events, the paleoseismic events of the northern margin fault of the Qaidam Basin (Xitieshan-Amunikeshan section) were studied. Conclusion The study reveals that the trench profiles exposed five relatively reliable paleoseismic events, with occurrence times of approximately 60 years ago for Event E1, 3.1±0.3 to 3.4±0.3 ka for Event E2, 7.5±0.3 to 8.1±0.3 ka for Event E3, 10.1±0.4 to 11.4±0.4 ka for Event E4, and 12.1±0.4 to 12.8±0.4 ka for Event E5. El presente artículo aborda la protección de las personas mayores a la luz de los perfiles evolutivos del sistema europeo de derechos humanos. En efecto, desde una perspectiva de tutela multinivel de ...los derechos humanos, se analizan los estándares del Consejo de Europa y de la Unión, poniendo el acento en la Carta Social Europea y en la jurisprudencia del Comité Europeo de Derechos Sociales. Dicho análisis conduce a concluir que se está forjando un acervo europeo del Ius Senectutis de crucial importancia en el contexto de crisis sanitaria y humanitaria provocada por la pandemia de covid-19. Esos estándares europeos y sus sinergias con otros estándares internacionales y nacionales, en última instancia, están llamados a optimizar los derechos de las personas mayores y su dignidad en coherencia con el principio pro personae.
