Subject and purpose of work: The subject of this paper was to assess the old-age pension insurance in ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) and KRUS (Agricultural Social Insurance Fund) from the ...perspective of a person insured and the public finances. The purpose of the study was to calculate the difference in saving efficiency of the insured in ZUS and KRUS. Materials and methods: The study uses literature in the field of social security, legal acts, mass statistics data, and statistical data of KRUS and ZUS. Descriptive and financial analysis methods were used. The results of the study were presented using the tabular method. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was found that currently the income adequacy of old-age pension insurance in Poland is about 50%. It is much lower than what is considered optimal, which is estimated at 70%. The share of subsidies for old-age pension insurance in budget expenditure in Poland is growing and in 2018 this ratio was 16.16%. Conclusions: The efficiency of saving in old-age pension insurance in KRUS is over 6 times higher than the efficiency of old-age pension saving in ZUS.

Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag untersucht die Bedeutung der ehe- und familienbezogenen Leistungen der gesetzlichen Rentenversicherung für die wirtschaftliche Stabilität von Familien in Bezug auf die ...Alterssicherung. Dabei zeigt sich, dass die Leistungen mit unmittelbarem Bezug zur Alterssicherung mitunter einen wesentlichen Teil der Alterseinkommen der Mütter ausmachen. Das trifft insbesondere auf die Kindererziehungszeiten und in begrenztem Maße auch auf die Kinderzulage im Rahmen der Riester-Rente zu. Deutlich geringere Bedeutung in diesem Zusammenhang haben die Zeiten für nichterwerbsmäßige Pflege sowie die Kinderberücksichtigungszeiten. Ergebnisse einer im Rahmen dieser Studie durchgeführten Befragung von Müttern zeigen darüber hinaus, dass die Maßnahmen nur in sehr geringem Umfang zu Reduktionen des Arbeitsangebots und damit verbundenen Einschnitten beim Erwerbseinkommen in den Jahren nach der Geburt führen. Somit kann festgehalten werden, dass die unmittelbaren ehe- und familienbezogenen Maßnahmen wesentlich zur Erhöhung der wirtschaftlichen Stabilität der Mütter beitragen.
Summary
In this paper we analyze the distributional effects of family related transfers in the German pension system. In particular based on a stylized microsimulation model in combination with self-collected survey data we study how different transfer programs affect the pension income and help to reduce old age poverty.

Zu berücksichtigen sind persönliche Kontextfaktoren und Umweltbedingungen. Neben seelischen Störungen und sozialen Rahmenbedingungen beeinflussen wirtschaftliche Erwägungen der Patienten und zu erwartende Rentenleistungen den Wunsch und die Bereitschaft, in das Erwerbsleben zurückzukehren.
Einschätzung
Ausgehend von den organischen Befunden werden die Kriterien der Beurteilung der Leistungsfähigkeit für die gesetzliche Rentenversicherung, die Minderung der Erwerbsfähigkeit für die gesetzliche Unfallversicherung und die Feststellung des Grades der Schädigungsfolgen/Behinderung nach dem sozialen Entschädigungsrecht und dem Schwerbehindertenrecht (SGB IX) in Deutschland systematisch dargestellt.
