Ovaj rad predstavlja usporednu analizu problema koji negativno utječu na društvenu odgovornost poduzeća u odabranim bankama i proizvodnim tvrtkama u Nigeriji. Metoda korištena u ovom istraživanju je ...anketa te je odabran namjerni uzorak od pet komercijalnih banaka i pet proizvodnih tvrtki. Primarni podaci prikupljeni su putem upitnika
na koji se odazvalo 216 ispitanika iz komercijalnih banaka i 205 ispitanika iz proizvodnih tvrtki. Problemi koji negativno utječu na društveno odgovorno djelovanje odabranih kompanija analizirani su korištenjem Mann-Whitneyevog U testa kao analitičkog alata. Rezultati pokazuju da ne postoji značajna razlika između problema koji negativno
utječu na praksu društvene odgovornosti u komercijalnim bankama i proizvodnim tvrtkama u Nigeriji. Razlog za to je što je p vrijednost za sve testirane varijable veća od 0.05. U radu se preporučuje da upravljačke strukture poduzeća pristupe rješavanju problema poput nedovoljnih financijskih sredstava ili neetičnog postupanja kao što je između ostaloga zloupotreba povlaštenih informacija, kako bi se ostvarile koristi aktivnog korištenja društveno odgovornih praksi kao što su vjernost klijenata i ugled poduzeća.
La littérature de l'Antiquité grecque et latine représente l'Age d'or associé à un mode de vie naturelle en opposition à celui qui est fondé sur la culture du présent. Cronos-Saturne, divinité ...souveraine de l'humanité heureuse, s'oppose, lui aussi, à Zeus-Jupiter, dieu qui règne dans le présent. Cette opposition prend des formes différentes en fonction du jugement de valeur que les différents auteurs accordent à leur propre contexte culturel. In literary descriptions from Greek and Roman antiquity the natural life of mankind during the Golden Age is conceived as the opposite of the cultural life of present times. Also Cronos-Saturn, the sovereign deity of that blissful mankind, is contrasted to the goddess that rules over the present age, Zeus-Jupiter. Such an opposition is portrayed in different ways, according to the view held by the various authors about their own cultural context. Die literarischen Beschreibungen vom griechischen und römischen Altertum gestalten die goldene Zeit als eine Naturlebensart, im Gegensatz zu jener, die auf der gegenwärtigen Kultur gegründet ist. Auch Cronos-Saturn, der göttliche König jener seligen Menschheit, stellt sich dem Zeus-Jupiter, der über die Gegenwart herrscht, entgegen. Diese Gegenüberstellung wird auf verschiedener Weise verwirklicht, dem Urteil gemäß das die antiken Schriftsteller über ihres eigene Kultur milieu abgeben.
L'Auteur examine les deux éditions (parues en 1925 et en 1926) du manuel de l'école primaire rédigé par Tommaso Fiore (1884-1973), célèbre expert des problèmes économiques et sociaux de l'Italie du ...Sud. Il remarque l'apport du matériel folklorique ainsi que des idées rénovatrices qui accompagnent la présentation du monde populaire. Cet apport, qui caractérise l'oeuvre pédagogique, se développera ensuite dans les Lettere à Gobetti ainsi que dans d'autres oeuvres en prose de l'essayiste des Pouilles, où se précise, dans ses lignes principales, l'idée d'une culture populaire interprétée comme culture du travail (voir à ce propos le précedent essai de G. B. Bronzini, Meridionalismo e cultura popokre. Tommaso Fiore, «Lares» XLVI, 1980, pp. 427-442). Cette identité de nature idéologique sera confirmée et supportée dans les Lettere par un intérêt adressé surtout au social et par une représentation réaliste du milieu populaire, que Fiore a saisi en tant que projet de littérature sociologique. L'écriture du lettré classique roulant sur l'opposition dialectique arcadia/antiarcadia s'accorde à l'idéologie de l'intellectuel démocratique, qui produit et alimente le correspondant rapport entre utopie et histoire. The Author examines the two editions of 1925 and 1926 of the primary school text book written by the wellknown expert on the problems of Southern Italy Tommaso Fiore (1884-1973). Particularly the Author points out the contribution of folkloric material and the presence of innovative ideas in presenting the popular world, which already appears in this pedagogical work and will develop in the Lettere to Gobetti as well as in other literary prose works of this Apulian essayst. In this work it takes shape the idea of a popular culture as a culture of the work (on this topic you can consult the previous essay by G. B. Bronzini, Mendionalismo e cultura popolare. Tommaso Fiore, «Lares», XLVI, 1980, pp. 427-442). This ideological identification, Fiore's project for a sociological literature, will be confirmed and strengthened in the Lettere trough a predominant interest towards the social field and a realistic description of the environment. The writing of the classical man of letters, which developed on the basis of the Arcadia-Antiarcadia dialectic, agreed with the democratic intellectual's ideology, which produced and fed the corresponding relationship between Utopia and history. Der Verfasser prüft das Hilfsbuch für die Volksschulen, das Tommaso Fiore in den zwei Auflagen von 1925 und 1926 verfasste, und hebt die Zuführung an Volkskundestoff und an erneuernden Ideen bezüglich des Milieus und der volkstümlichen Welt hervor, die sich schon in diesem pädagogischen Text gegeben wird und die sich in den Lettere a Gioberti und in verschiedenen literarischen Prosaschriften des apulischen Essaysten entwickeln wird. In diesen Auflagen gestaltet es sich in seinen Grundlinien der Begriff einer Volksbildung als Arbeitsbildung (cfr. dazu den vorhergehenden Essay von G. B. Bronzini, Mendionalismo e cultura popolare. Tommaso Fiore, «Lares», XLVI, 1980, pp. 427-442). Diese ideologische Identifizierung wird Bestätigung und Stütze in den Lettere in einem überwiegenden Interesse für das Gesellschaftliches und in einer realistischen Darstellung des Milieus finden, die Fiore als Entwurf von soziologischer Literatur entwickelte. Das Schreiben des klassischen Gelehrten, das sich um den dialektischen Kern «Arcadia-Antiarcadia» entfaltete, stimmte mit der Ideologie des demokratischen Intellektuellen überein, die das entsprechende Verhältnis zwischen Utopie und Geschichte erzielte und unterhielt.
Ovaj rad se bavi pitanjima azilanata i tražitelja azila u Republici Hrvatskoj.
Ponuđene su osnovne definicije, kao i zakonski okvir, a prikazano je i dosadašnje stanje unutar
politika koje se odnose ...na rad s ovim skupinama. Uz standardnu obradu postojeće literature, podaci
su prikupljeni i putem polustrukturiranih intervjua sa zaposlenicama ustanova koje neposredno rade s
azilantima i tražiteljima azila. Opisani su problemi s kojima se azilanti i tražitelji azila svakodnevno
susreću, od zakonskih ograničenja pa do nemogućnosti učenja jezika ili participiranja na tržištu rada.
U radu su ponuđeni i prijedlozi mjera za osvješćivanje javnosti, senzibilizaciju i smanjenje ksenofobije
i diskriminacije, među kojima su organizacija raznih događanja, koja bi uključivala marginalizirane
skupine, ali i volontere i građane.
