How writers manage quality study work and manuscripts published using digital applications through searching and analyzing data from several high-impact publications in the field of digital ...technology literature review has become the primary goal of this study. Because we believe that the success of research work is very closely related to the use of digital technology facilities considering that in the current era, all ease of work is in the application of digital tools, for this, we first conducted a data search using online data based on several well-known journal publications such as the Researchgate database, Elsevier, Google Books, and sage pub. We have looked into everything by including information assessment, information understanding, and information end drawing dependent on the goal to respond to this examination question with legitimacy and certainty. Given the aftereffects of the information and conversation, we can close the outcomes, among others, by fusing innovation into research work; the danger of human errors was diminished while the exploration interaction was sped up. Cloud-based advances started to change the way scholastics gather information numerous many years after the fact. Our development mirrors the developing requirement for fast admittance to great information. Ideally, these discoveries add to the improvement of science and innovation.
Purpose - The objective of this paper is to collate and debate the main issues driving the stakeholder theory academic debate.Design methodology approach - First, a discussion of the stakeholder ...concept is set out before moving on to the history and nature of stakeholder theory. The work proceeds with an attempt to bring together systematically the points of divergence among researchers interested in stakeholder theory, and, finally, there is a brief discussion of these theoretical loopholes in conjunction with a proposed research agenda for the field.Findings - Based on the unification of the theoretically problematic issues, research agenda are put forward with the objective of clarifying doubts and resolving the controversies ongoing among academics. As regards the formulation of stakeholder theory, one question requiring resolution is that of the stakeholder concept itself. Additionally, further research should focus on the boundaries as to what constitutes a stakeholder group as well as defining the criteria for attributing individual membership of one or another group. In practical theoretical application, it is correspondingly necessary to target research on aspects such as conflicts of interest between stakeholders and management difficulties in coping with multiple objectives. Finally, there is a need for research that systematizes the knowledge produced with the objective of attaining the theoretical convergence necessary for the development of stakeholder theory.Originality value - The main contribution of this paper derives from the systematization of the various shortcomings that need overcoming within the framework of stakeholder theory and the identification of research agendas.
Research is a form of learning process, which harmoniously combines training and practice. Within Medicinal Research intern initially acquires skills in research, then begins to implement the ...theoretical knowledge acquired in the study somehow associated with the practice, and at the end of this process participates in scientific conferences at various levels, including international. The aim was to determine the particular structure of research work of interns in the department of postgraduate education of dentists in HSEI "UMSA." Materials and methods of research. 3 collections of scientific papers of the final scientific conferences of interns, masters and clinical residents, which were held at the academy from 2014 to 2016 academic years in an amount of 127 scientific papers have been analyzed. Number of undergraduates each year was about the same 5-7 people. Results. In the overall structure of interns’ research, we singled out the following main activities: experimental, clinical laboratory, informative and sanitary education. The analysis of the structure of interns’ research works, thus the largest share of the experimental work, was conducted in 2014 and amounted to 4.4% of the total. The largest number of works that were devoted to clinical and laboratory research also were observed in 2014 and amounted to 68.8%. Least of all in 2014 was the number of sanitary and educational work, 2.2% of all work. In 2015 there was one pilot study which amounted to 2.9%. However, there was increase in the number of clinical labs and clinical cases. Number of clinical cases increased to 17.5%. Entrenched differences in health information and educational work were observed. Number of graduate work in 2014 and 2015 was at the same level and amounted to 31% of the total work. The structure of graduate work during these years was dominated by clinical and laboratory work (64% in 2014 and 69% in 2015) and the lowest number in the structure of experimental studies (7.1% in 2014 and 7.7% in 2015). In 2016 the downward trend in experimental work survived. The number of interns working with clinical cases was 20.8% and with information messages was 30.8%. The largest increase was observed in the number of sanitary and educational work (to 10.5%). Number of undergraduate studies decreased to 20%. The works of postgraduates contained 87.5% of clinical and laboratory research. Conclusion. Recent years have seen changes in the structure of interns’ research towards reducing the share of experimental research and increasing the share of research that do not require the involvement of laboratory equipment and technical resources. The increase in the number of sanitary and educational work was noted.
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is, firstly, to review existing schools of thought and to identify present research fields in new service development (NSD) and service innovation research, and, ...secondly, to discuss future research opportunities.Design methodology approach - The literature review is based on a search for "service innovation" and "NSD" in titles, abstracts and keywords of articles. As a result of looking at the references, as well as through analysis of papers which cite the articles identified, additional publications are included in this study.Findings - Four schools of thought and five distinct research fields are presented. Herein, the authors show that there is a lack of studies of organisational innovations, and that differences in the drivers for radical or incremental innovations may be of degree rather than of kind. Further, contradictory results in the research field on differences versus similarities of new product and NSD are identified. In addition, the authors propose possible pathways for future research for each research field and school of thought.Research limitations implications - The scope of publications included in this review may be subject to criticism as book-publications may be under-represented in this review. Also, the keywords used for the initial search could include additional words.Originality value - The paper groups previously scattered research activities from various backgrounds such as marketing and operations into distinct research fields, and presents both the status quo and a discussion of possible directions for future research.
Based on the identification of the discourse of choice in debates on neoliberalism, meritocracy and post-feminism, this article analyses how highly educated mothers position themselves within the ...discourse of choice and use choice as their discursive resource when reflecting on how their demanding careers combine with motherhood. The data come from 26 interviews with mothers employed in research and innovation in Finland. The analysis reveals five ways in which the mothers positioned themselves within the discourse of choice. It appears these ways are all based on, and produce, the moral primacy of individual self-governance. We treat this as a demonstration of how neoliberalism is internalized and lived. Furthermore, the results show that an egalitarian welfare society whose policies support work–childcare reconciliation does not remove the need to use the individualistic discourse of choice. We suggest that this could be changed by voicing the challenges it poses to many women.
Objective. To identify protocols for rapid identification of bacteria by MALDI-TOF from positive blood cultures that are as accurate as standardized ones. Methods. A bibliographic review was ...conducted on experimental articles, systematic reviews, experimental studies, and diagnostic test studies on the rapid identification of bacteria by MALDI-TOF from positive blood cultures. The QUADAS-2 tool was applied to evaluate the risk of bias in the articles. Results. There are various methodologies for the rapid identification of bacteria from positive blood cultures, all with a processing time of no more than one hour and with materials accessible in laboratories. These methodologies, such as Sepsityper and artisanal methods, achieve good accuracy in identifying Gram-negative bacteria, but there are still limitations in identifying Gram-positive bacteria depending on the genus and species of the bacterium. It is important to note that the quality of evidence in most studies is moderate, so the results should be taken with caution. Conclusion. There are several methodologies for rapid identification of bacteria in positive blood cultures, with short processing times and accessible materials in laboratories, that achieve good accuracy in identifying Gram-negative bacteria but have limitations in identifying Gram-positive bacteria. The quality of evidence is moderate, indicating that further studies with better design and higher quality and certainty results are needed to draw inferences obtained.
