Der wachsende Einfluss der Internetplattformen des 21. Jahrhunderts in wirtschaftlicher, gesellschaftlicher und politischer Hinsicht hat eine Diskussion über die angemessene Regulierung dieser ...Konzerne ausgelöst. Im Zentrum dieser Debatte steht das Kartellrecht – das Rechtsgebiet, das zur Kontrolle marktbeherrschender Unternehmen geschaffen wurde. Die Bestimmung des im Kartellrecht fundamentalen Begriffes der marktbeherrschenden Stellung steht in der Rechtsanwendung bei Internetplattformen vor zahlreichen Herausforderungen, von der Unentgeltlichkeit der Leistungen bis hin zur Mehrseitigkeit der Geschäftsmodelle. Die vorliegende Arbeit zerlegt den Begriff der marktbeherrschenden Stellung in seine Teile und zeigt auf, inwiefern die Methodik einer Anpassung an die digitale Wirtschaft bedarf. Dies geschieht unter Einbeziehung der Erkenntnisse der Rechtsökonomie sowie der Rechtsordnungen Deutschlands, der Europäischen Union und der USA.
Wohin entwickelt sich die Konsumgesellschaft? Wie ändern sich die Einstellungen und Verhaltensweisen der Verbraucherinnen und Verbraucher? Zeichnet sich ein Wandel vom industriellen Massenkonsum zum ...individualisierten Digitalkonsum ab? Diesen Fragen widmete sich die dritte Jahrestagung des bundesweiten Netzwerks Verbraucherforschung, deren Ergebnisse der vorliegende Band dokumentiert. Tiefgreifende Transformationen in der Geschichte des Konsums, wie sie die Industrielle Revolution und die Digitalisierung darstellen, können nur durch disziplinübergreifende Forschungsanstrengungen verstanden werden. Neben den klassischen Fächern der Verbraucherwissenschaften wie Wirtschafts-, Rechts-, Politik- und Sozialwissenschaften kommen daher in diesem Band auch historiografische und kulturwissenschaftliche Perspektiven zum Tragen. Die Veröffentlichung hat zum Ziel, den Austausch aktueller Ergebnisse der verbraucherbezogenen Forschung in Wissenschaft und Politik zu fördern und den Wissenstransfer zu stärken.
This paper investigates and analyzes the strategic role of the Suez Canal in the development of international maritime trade. The development of international trade by selected years in the period ...from 1970 to 2021 is analyzed, in particular the state of the world merchant fleet by the ship type in recent years. Among other things, this paper examines and analysis the turnover of ships and cargoes through the Suez Canal in the last nine years. Following the basic idea and the possibility of connecting Europe and Asia through the Suez Canal, the possibility of developing and functioning of the main logistics strategies was realized, that represent the basis for successful international trade and transport logistics of today. As part of the impact of the Suez Canal on maritime transport, special attention is paid to the impact of the Suez Canal on the ports of the northern Adriatic, which are well sheltered in the highly indented European mainland from the south and have thus ensured high competitiveness in Europe and the world. One of the main goals of this paper is to emphasize the fact that the Suez Canal and the gravitational hinterland of the northern Adriatic ports with their land traffic routes are the key elements in determining the development and operation of the northern Adriatic ports.
U ovome radu istražuje se i analizira strateška uloga Sueskog kanala u razvoju međunarodne pomorske trgovine. Analizira se razvoj međunarodne trgovine po izabranim godinama u razdoblju od 1970. do 2021. godine. Posebice se analizira stanje svjetske trgovačke flote prema vrstama brodova zadnjih godina. Uz ostalo, u radu se istražuje i razmatra promet brodova i tereta kroz Sueski kanal zadnjih devet godina. Imajući na umu osnovnu ideju i mogućnost povezivanja Europe i Azije putem Sueskog kanala, ostvarila se i mogućnost razvoja i funkcioniranja glavnih logističkih strategija na kojima danas počiva uspješna međunarodna robna razmjena i prometna logistika. U sklopu utjecaja Sueskog kanala na pomorski promet posebno se posvećuje pozornost utjecaja Sueskog kanala na luke sjevernog Jadrana koje su se jako zavukle u europsko kopno sa južne strane i tako osigurale veliku konkurentnost tih luka u Europi i svijetu. Jedan od glavnih ciljeva ovoga rada je naglasak na činjenicu da su Sueski kanal i gravitacijsko zaleđe sjevernojadranskih luka sa svojim kopnenim prometnicama glavni elementi koji određuju razvoj i poslovanje sjevernojadranskih luka. Sloboda i sigurnost plovidbe preko Sueskog kanala bitno određuju geoprometni položaj jadranskih luka u Europi i svijetu.
V prispevku je predstavljeno proučevanje funkcijske preobrazbe starih mestnih središč na primeru Kranja, Kamnika in Škofje Loke. Raziskava temelji na analizi sprememb v rabi tal med različnimi ...izbranimi časovnimi obdobji. Rabo tal smo ugotavljali s pomočjo terenskega kartiranja in na osnovi različnih virov ter literature. S pomočjo anketiranja lastnikov in najemnikov poslovnih prostorov smo proučevali vrednotenje pogojev za poslovanje v starih mestnih središčih. Na ta način so bili identificirani različni procesi funkcijske preobrazbe.
Rad analizira stanje i strukturu privreda zemalja Zapadnog Balkana, njihove ekonomske karakteristike, kao i njihov međusobni uticaj, koji je prvenstveno izražen kroz spoljnotrgovinski aspekt i ...delovanje unutar sporazuma CEFTA 2006. Prikazujući osnovne makroekonomske indikatore, kao i strukturu izvoza i uvoza Albanije, Bosne i Hercegovine, Crne Gore, Severne Makedonije i Srbije, odnosno njihove najznačajnije spoljnotrgovinske partnere, autor daje uporednu analizu stanja privreda država Zapadnog Balkana i obrazlaže dominantnu ulogu Srbije u ovom regionu. I pored činjenice da sve posmatrane države najviše trguju sa EU, Srbija se izdvaja kao njihov drugi najznačajniji spoljnotrgovinski partner. Autor otkriva mesto i ulogu Srbije u privredi Zapadnog Balkana, dokazujući njenu lidersku poziciju u regionalnoj trgovini. Kao najveća privreda regiona i najveće tržište Zapadnog Balkana, Srbija je trgovinski dominantna u okviru sporazuma CEFTA 2006, a osim toga izdvaja se i kao neprikosnovena u privlačenju stranih direktnih investicija. Autor u radu obrazlaže i osnovne nedostatke srpske privrede, ali i odgovara na pitanje zašto i pored priliva stranih direktnih investicija od preko 22 milijarde evra, samo u prethodnih deset godina, Srbija nije uspela da ostvari značajan privredni rast.
Globalni lanci vrijednosti sastoje se od mnogih proizvodnih
procesa i faza/zadaća u raznim zemljama. Istraživanja o
globalnim lancima vrijednosti uglavnom su usredotočena na
proizvode prerađivačke ...industrije, često zanemarujući ulogu
usluga. U ovom radu naglasak je na sektoru usluga, trgovini
uslugama i mjerenju sudjelovanja uslužnih sektora u GVC-u
u zemljama Europske unije. Postoje četiri načina isporuke
(pružanja) usluge od proizvođača do potrošača. Službene
statistike uključuju neke od tih načina, pri čemu su neki od
njih "skriveni" unutar industrijske proizvodnje. Prema
provedenoj analizi i dobivenim rezultatima proizlazi da je
trgovina uslugama podcijenjena; usluge predstavljaju
većinski udio u dodanoj vrijednosti BDP-a Europske unije, a
istodobno predstavljaju manje od polovice vrijednosti vanjske
trgovine EU-a; udio domaće dodane vrijednosti u sektoru
usluga viši je u odnosu na sektor prerađivačke industrije, što
pokazuje značenje domaćih resursa u stvaranju i izvozu
usluga. Industrijski sektori u EU-u sadrže visok udio usluga u
svojoj proizvodnji, pa usluge predstavljaju više od 30 %
vrijednosti proizvodnje prerađivačke industrije (pri čemu veći
udio pripada uslugama iz inozemstva).
