This chapter discusses public enforcement of the supranational State aid rules. In this regard, different procedures are discussed, namely, at the supranational level as well as at national level. ...The focus is on the former, i.e. on the European Commission’s procedure according to the so-called Procedural Regulation. In addition, the public enforcement procedures before national organs, which have to execute the European Commission’s recovery decision, are briefly discussed.
