    The article presents (non-)verbal adjectives, focusing on their valency properties within the predicate and at the same time on a higher or lower degree of their "predicativeness". The criterion of ... valency thus makes it possible to distinguish between true predicatives (on the grounds of some typical adjectival features they may be called adjectival predicatives) and other adjectives. Nevertheless, valency is an important semantic-syntactic criterion for choosing explanatory material even for adjectival entries.
