The paper describes the Business Improvement System within the development environment in Iskratel, a high-technological company competing in a fastchanging telecommunications market, where ...transition from TDM to NGN technology is going on. The System consists of: Business Improvement Process; Innovation System (Intellectual Property Management System); measurement and monitoring system; IT support; evolution ofhighly creative, motivated and entrepreneurial environment; promotion and reward system.
