Disposition of the insecticide on leaf surfaces is of the greatest significance for the quality of spraying. Nowadays with demands for spraying to influence the environment the least as possible, ...spraying monitoring methods are required, which will satisfy the needs of functional and ecological criteria. In the paper a new computer-aided visualization method is presented enabling optimisation and control of the spraying process. The method is based on a presumed correlation between the turbulent characteristics of the carrying sprayed airflow, and the structural leaf dynamics in the airflow. We estimate that the presented method is a solid basis for monitoring of spraying quality in orchards.
