Because creating conditions for employment of persons with disabilities and hard-to-employ persons is very challenging, we have established a social company for 50 unemployed persons with ...disabilities from Celje, Velenje and Posavje regions. The objectives of the program include: evaluation of the social company model, establishing legislation foundation for its implementation, social company functions development (social management, professional staff, technology ...) professional and management staff development and to propose the way for transferring the model to other Slovenian regions.
