Managing the assimilation of electronic data interchange

This paper discusses the question of managing EDI. It stresses some points of information technology management and information technology assimilation and then proposes a framework of EDI ...management. Issues for the innovation phases and issues for control phases for EDI assimilation are analyzed. Since EDI systems are cooperative systems interorganizational management efforts are needed.
