The article describes a method for design of logistic curves and reduction of lead time of operation (based on the current job flow through workplaces), design of flow diagrams, definition of average ...lead times of workplaces, and finding the critical workplace that has the biggest influence on the velocity of job flow through production. Also presented are the results of sample case reduction of lead times in a tool production department.
