TG17; 为提高钛合金的耐蚀性能和承载性能,采用半导体激光器在钛合金表面制备冶金质量良好的TiC/Ti基复合涂层,研究Ni包TiC+TC4混合粉末中TiC含量对TiC/Ti基复合层组织及性能的影响.使用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对熔覆层进行组织形貌、物相表征,并对熔覆层的显微硬度、耐蚀性能及承载性能进行研究.结果表明:熔覆层物相主要由TiC,TiC0.95,NiTi2,α'-Ti组成;熔覆层整体硬度波动较大,硬质相硬度为1000~1500HV,热影响区硬度约为437HV;Ni包TiC ≤ 60%(质量分数,下同)时,熔覆层耐蚀性随着TiC质量分数的增加而增强,60%TiC时的耐蚀性能最优;Ni包TiC ≤ 50%时,熔覆层承载性能随TiC质量分数的增加而提高, 50%TiC时承载性能最优.
