Prior to sequencing PCR products, it is necessary to remove remaining primers and unincorporated nucleotides from the reaction. HT ExoSAP-IT Fast reagent is an effective enzymatic cleanup method that combines Exonuclease I and Shrimp Alkaline Phosphatase (SAP) for a simple, one-step treatment that yields superior sequencing results. HT ExoSAP-IT Fast reagent decreases protocol time to 14 minutes (7 min at 37degreesC followed by 7 min at 80degreesC). With its low viscosity formulation, it can be stored long-term at -20degreesC or short-term at 4degreesC without loss of function, and is ideal for robotics platforms or multichannel pipetting. The new version expands the format options to offer a 96-well plate with customizable volumes for high-throughput users.
