    This study aims to look at conflict management on reducing work stress during the COVID-19 pandemic seen from an Islamic perspective. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study design, by looking at the tendency of work stress in postgraduate students of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. the proactive model sourced from the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, the SALAM model, namely see, agree, learn, advising, and minimizing, and the SNT model, namely Shura (consultation), Naseeha (advice), and Ta'awun (cooperation). The results of the intervention show that the tendency of stress to decrease when applying conflict management is seen from an Islamic perspective during the COVID-19 pandemic.
