    Dragan Covic, leader of the HDZ B-H Croat Democratic Union of Bosnia and Hercegovina has intensified his talks about new staffing combinations and a reshuffle of the state-level government. Last night he had talks in Sarajevo, and today in Banja Luka. The party that identifies a solution for the Sejdic-Finci ruling European Court of Human Rights ruling in Bosnian minorities' political rights will be an acceptable partner in the government, Covic said and added that he was looking for Bosniak partners who are prepared to find solutions based on the document signed earlier in Brussels. Covic and Dodik leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) agreed in Banja Luka that they were open for new agreements in order to finally resolve the Sejdic-Finci issue.
