    Erick Navor was charged early Friday afternoon with intoxication manslaughter -- in the death of his brother -- as well as intoxication assault in the injury of Mandy Ann Alameda, a passenger in the car Navor struck, Eli Garza said. Navor could face two to 20 years in prison on the intoxication manslaughter charge, a second-degree felony, Garza said. He also faces two to 10 years on the intoxication assault charge, a third-degree felony and could pay up to $10,000 in fines.
