  • Managing maintenance quality of residential buildings

    The paper concerns the residential building maintenance model involving three main parts: analytical (inspection/classification/cost evaluation), planning (budget/time) and programming (activity ... co-ordination/finance). All problem fields are discussed through current social and political environment in Rep. Slovenia, moreover, how to react rationally and economically in terms of higher inflation, general credit inquiry, lack of suitable housing policy and level of management. The recent research work on the subject produces some valuable solutions in all life-cycle stages of a building, from initial production, guarantees, up to exploitation phase with maintenance/reneval break even point concerned. There are some useful matrix tables presented, which support authority and responsibility of duties in building maintenance process
