    In this paper, we present the barriers that older adults face when they use computer and the Internet. They are limited by physical barriers, such as vision decline, hearing loss, motor skill ... diminishment and cognitive effects, as well as psychological barriers, such as a lack of motivation and fear of computer usage. The number of internet users among older adults increases, so we should be aware of our end usersć demands, when we design online systems. Some of the physical barriers can be overcome by an appropriate choice of colours, font and website structure; the overcome of psychological barriers can be reached by our appropriate approach to older adults. So, we can stimulate using the Internet among older adults, which might have a positive impact on their life.
