    Congenital anorectal anomalies are rare anomalies presented soon after birth with the complications of defecation. They can be associated with the anomalies of other organs. Classification by low, ... intermediate and high anomalies is based on the anatomy. The diagnosis is confirmed with the clinical examination and imaging techniques. The therapy consists of surgical correction of anomalies. The prognosis depends on severity of both anorectal and associated anomalies. A nine-weeks-old girl with rectovaginal - vestibularfistula is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed with irigography after the suspicion based on clinical examination. The anomaly was surgically corrected.
