Patients and methods: The article presents the results of long-term observation of patients with dental implants, who were divided in two groups according to age at the time of implantation: less than 60 years (group A), and 65 years or more (group B). Results: The cumulative success rate of implants in both groups seven years after loading was 96% for group A and 97% for group B. Conclusion: Our resultsare similar to those of other studies and confirm that old age is not acontraindication for the use of dental implants.
