Through a meticulous process involving planning, conducting and reporting the review, along with a theory-driven selection and analysis of content, it aims to construct a theoretical model for quality management in Society 5.0. This model underscores the integration of quality management with Society 5.0’s principles, focusing on human-centric technological advancement and addressing social challenges to enhance life quality. The findings reveal a framework that could drive the transition to Society 5.0 by leveraging key inputs for tangible outcomes. The paper’s originality lies in its in-depth analysis and the proposed model’s potential to guide industries and governments towards sustainable development in the context of Society 5.0, marking a valuable contribution to future research in this field.

In this paper the influence of product innovation and development on business performance and competitiveness in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises is addressed. The research was ...conducted via survey and it included over 2200 manufacturing enterprises from Serbia. The number of returned and usable surveys was 132 (5.98% return rate). The regression model included product development and innovation as two important engineering endeavours and business performance and competitiveness. Additionally, product quality, quality management system (QMS) and human resource management (HRM) were included in the data analysis. The results indicate that the observed relationships between the measured constructs are different, and they depend on how many employees the enterprise has. This paper contributes to the existing body of literature, provides a solid basis for future research in this domain, and other researchers and managers can use this paper as an insight to the relationships between important business metrics.

All seven principles and their connection with additive manufacturing as a critical element in the circular economy are presented. The paper defines the theoretical framework for realizing a sustainable wearable sensor. The production of such sensors primarily refers to the application of flexible 3D printing and electronic components that can be quickly replaced, modified, disassembled, and recycled.

The work is dedicated to the development and models of TQM, describing the Quality Management System, standardization and implementation effects. TQM's impact on leadership, human resources, organizational and business performance in creating and sustainable competitiveness has been made. At the end of the work, a table view of the selected literature from 2015 to 2020 was given.
The research problem represents the fact that knowledge management is not a term that is often mentioned in the domestic economy and it can be said that it is still an underdeveloped area. The aim of ...this paper is to examine the level of efficiency of knowledge management and its impact on the financial performance of companies in the territory of Vojvodina. The survey included 126 employees in production and service companies. The independent variable is represented by an instrument for examining the level of implementation of knowledge management through nine dimensions, and the dependent variable is represented through the dimension of financial performance, which consists of seven items. The results show that the level of implementation of knowledge management is above average. A significant positive influence and connection between knowledge management and the financial performance of companies was also determined, especially when it comes to organizational culture, employees, knowledge acquisition process, knowledge conversion process, knowledge protection process, and competitive advantage. One of the key guidelines for further research refers to the integration of knowledge management with the specific characteristics of the domestic business environment. It is recommended to repeat the analysis of the impact of knowledge management on the financial performance of domestic companies in the established time frame and in the stipulated organizational conditions.
In this paper, a comparison of conventional and additive manufacturing was made. Lean and sustainable manufacturing from the point of view of waste were also analyzed. It was established that ...conventional manufacturing is slowly being replaced by additive manufacturing, but its role is still significant. Lean manufacturing indicates that waste is everywhere, i.e. at all organizational levels. Sustainable manufacturing analyzes new technologies and measures their impact on environmental protection with as little resource consumption as possible. The paper examined the importance of additive manufacturing in sustainable manufacturing by considering Lean principles. In conclusion, there is a flowchart of documents and activities that methodologically introduce additive manufacturing through respect for Lean principles and sustainable production. Savings in production time, launching new products, and quick replacement of parts have become imperative today, and further continuation of this work should be aimed at defining models and procedures in the company's sustainable development.
The domestic agro-food sector has an important role in economic development and in overall GDP growth. The concept of Agriculture 4.0 that integrates the use of information-communication technologies ...presents a direction in which the domestic agriculture sector should focus. Additionally, besides conducting business within the frameworks of Agriculture 4.0, the standardization of processes in the agro-food sector can also contribute to achieving competitiveness on the globalized market. In this paper the importance and number of ISO standards are investigated. In addition, factors and indicators that characterize Agriculture 4.0 are analysed. Based on the collected and analysed data, a unified competitiveness factor (UCF) is calculated for the period from 2017 to 2020. The UCF provides and overview on the potential competitiveness of the domestic agro-food sector. The paper contributes to the existing body of literature as it managed to provide a strong basis for future research in this domain.
The development of digital technologies has fundamentally changed all segments of the functioning of human societies and ways of doing business in all activities. Digital entrepreneurship has emerged ...as a consequence of the development of digital technologies and digitalization. The subject of research conducted in this paper is digital entrepreneurship as a new paradigm of business due to market globalization. The main research problem addressed in this paper is the analysis of the impact that digital entrepreneurship has on business. Within the work, empirical research was conducted, on a sample of 147 respondents, which aimed to point out the potentials that digital entrepreneurship has in the Republic of Serbia. The research conducted in this paper aimed to point out the importance of digital entrepreneurship, as a new business paradigm in global markets, and the potential of digital entrepreneurship in the Republic of Serbia. In addition to a comprehensive analysis of secondary data sources, the results of which are presented in the literature review, the paper also used primary data sources, i.e. the results of research on the potential of digital entrepreneurship in the Republic of Serbia, conducted by the author through an online survey.
