A challenge to business administration is how to promote employees’ productivity effectively. Administrators is supposed to see through the staffs’ trait and the changes ...of work satisfaction to adjust management, to change working conditions, and to enhance the job satisfaction and the intention to stay.
The subjects of the study are the government workers in Changhua. The questionnaire is the sampling method for collecting the data into four scales, include: the incentive system, personality trait, job satisfaction, and the intention to stay. The study takes the quantifications analyzed statistically to discuss the correlation of job satisfaction between the intensive system and the personality trait and further to the intention to stay.
The objects of the study include, first, to make the comparison of the personnel background variable between the aspects in incentive system, personality trait, job satisfaction, and the intention to stay, second, realize the relationship between
