With the revolution and development of time, fashion apparel is kind of important way to affect people’s lives, and it also makes people broaden the personal needs and ...thoughts. Recently, fashion apparel industry has become the essential part in fashion because of the effects of the famous brands; that is not only to represent the characteristics of fashion but also tell the imprint of the fast fashion due to the effects of the famous brands. Fast fashion could satisfy the customers; however, it also makes the pollution problems and the waste of resource. The study used cultural hybrids from postmodernism to transform different art form into fashion apparel nowadays; through this way to reduce the huge quantity of apparel and raise the quality. Moreover, leveling up the looking and durableness by integrating different media and make each apparel being unique.

In a time when science and technology emerge and develop quickly, modern diseases appear. As smartphones and computers popularize and internet develops, people are ...exposed to the harm of blue ray of 3C products. Worse still, the original myopia ratio in Taiwan is at high level. Consequently, those who are found myopia are getting younger and younger. When they grow up, they will develop into high myopia. In such a vicious circle, there is bound to be larger concern in the future.
Apart from too much close work of eyes that results in vision deterioration, modern press often report that 3C blue ray can damage macula area of the retinal, thus causing eyesight impairment. There are many products in the market which claim to protect eyes from blue ray such as screen protectors, blue ray filter glasses or blue ray filter optic. We perform a search for a light pseudoscalar particle X in the decay K0L → π0π0X, X → γγ with the E391a detector at KEK-PS. Such a particle with a mass of 214.3 MeV/c2 is suggested ...by the HyperCP experiment. In the E391a Run-II data, we perform a complete search of the K0L → π0π0X,
X → γγ decay in the X mass region of 194.3–219.3 MeV/c2 and the X lifetime region of τX < 10−9. No evidence for X is found. An upper limit on the product branching ratio for K0L → π0π0X, X → γγ of 2.4 × 10−7 at the 90% confidence level for the 214.3-MeV/c2 X mass. Upper limits on the the branching ratios for other X mass and lifetime regions are also determined.
We also perform a search for the charge-conjugation violating decay K0L → 3γ. In the data accumulated in 2005, no event is observed in the signal region. Based on the assumption of K0L → 3γ proceeding via parity-violation, we obtain the single event sensitivity to be (3.23 ± 0.14) × 10−8, and set an upper limit on the
branching ratio to be 7.4 × 10−8 at the 90% confidence level. This is a factor of 3.2 improvement compared to the previous results. The results of K0L → 3γ proceeding via parity-conservation and phase-space are also presented. We also present a new method of the timing calibration and timing simulation for the main barrel detector.
The frequency of lightning is increased due to improbable weather condition and global wanning. This phenomenon increases economical damage as well as human damage. Advanced countries like europe and ...north america have applied the facility standard of lightning by accumulating a store of quantitative data about lightning research. Lightning facility is composed of the lightning accepting part for induction lightning, ground connected electrode which conducts lightning current. The lightning accepting part is composed of normal rod, horizontal conductor, ESE lightning rod. Moreover, lightning accepting part is taken to use by the method of protection. This paper suggests HEC(Hybrid ESE-Conductor) method which mixes horizontal conductor and ESE lightning rod. This is also discovered by experiment that the starting point of corona discharge current is low, so it is efficient for lightning protection comparing with other methods. Moreover, distribution of electric field is analyzed qualitatively by finite element method. It also results in the relation of the starting point of corona discharge current. Corona discharge current makes minute current about some ${\mu}A$ between the electrodes by the strength of electric field. Also it occurs insulation destruction of gas, and it is developed to the shape of streamer by increase of the strength of electric field. We can find that the initial occurrence of streamer and contact probability of lightning can have advantage after researching the starting point of corona discharge current and discharge current of lightning striking point. This research demonstrates that the suggested HEC method is economically competitive as a lightning protection facility, and it takes a capably perfect role.

This paper focuses on the problem of local obstacle avoidance of mobile robots. To solve this problem, the safety direction section search algorithm is suggested. This concept is mainly composed with ...non-collision section and collision section from the detecting area of laser scanning sensor. Then, we will search for the most suitable direction in these sections. The proposed local motion planning method is simple and requires less computation than others. An environment model is developed using the vector space concept to determine robot motion direction taking the target direction, obstacle configuration, and robot trajectory into account. Since the motion command is obtained considering motion dynamics, it results in smooth and fast as well as safe movement. Using the mobile base, the proposed obstacle avoidance method is tested, especially in the environment with pillar, wall and some doors. Also, the proposed autonomous motion planning and control algorithm are tested extensively. The experimental results show the proposed method yields safe and stable robot motion through the motion speed is not so fast.
