The proper education needs to be applied in special schools ...are implemented in inclusive schools. Inclusive schools need help with supporting infrastructure that is not yet suitable for early childhood learning. Therefore, we need an accurate picture of developing good facilities and infrastructure. One of them is the concept of “Disability Friendly Schools,” where schools are schools that are friendly to people with disabilities. The method of writing this article is a literature study. This paper aims to explain the concept of inclusive education ideal for blind children in terms of facilities and infrastructure. The result of this discussion is to explain the concept of inclusive education for blind children seen from proper facilities and infrastructure ranging from assessment tools, orientation and mobility, learning/academic aids, visual aids, auditive aids, and physical exercise tools.
Abstract
Low students’ interest in reading has an impact on their low knowledge. Teaching materials need to be presented in an interesting way to attract students’ interest in reading. The aim of ...this study is to identify problems and needs of students and science teachers related to teaching materials in the form of comics. The type of this research is a survey. The questionnaire was filled out by 141 junior high school students and 8 science teachers from 4 different schools. The analysis technique used was descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that most students like reading comics and are interested in using them as one of the teaching materials for science subjects. The frequency of students reading the usual teaching materials is not very high. This is also supported by the statement of science teachers who say that students’ interest in reading the usual textbooks is moderate to low. Therefore, teaching materials need to be presented in a more attractive form for children. Children find it easier to understand the material with accompanying illustrations. Regarding science literacy competence, the existing teaching materials have not supported this competence well.

Disability Friendly School (DFS) adalah model PAUD inklusi percontohan yang dikembangkan untuk memberikan contoh sarana dan prasarana PAUD inklusi yang baik. Model ini memberikan gambaran model sarana dan prasarana untuk mengakomodasi anak tuna netra, tuna daksa. Tujian penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat kepuasan orang tua wali siswa berkebutuhan khusus terhadap kualitas sarana dan prasarana Model Disability Friendly School (DFS) untuk melayani anak disabilitas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskripsi kualitatif hasil pengisian kuesioner. This study aims to (1) determine the needs of students regarding learning media that can help students improve learning outcomes and motivation; (2) the implementation of Social Pathology learning. ...It is research and development that is being done here. The Borg Gall development model—which includes preliminary and development studies, expert validation, model updates, hypothetical models derived from validation results, and model testing—is the one that is employed. According to Borg and Gall, the two primary goals of research and development procedures are product development and feasibility testing. Nevertheless, the scope of this research is restricted to the analytical phase, specifically examining the necessity of developing a role-playing learning model in social pathology courses to enhance the desire of students to learn. The participants in this research were third-semester social pathology students. 37 individuals made up the samples using the non-probability sampling method (saturated sample). A modified Likert scale was utilized to create the needs questionnaire, which had four response options: strongly agree, agree, disagree, and disagree strongly. Students and lecturers need a role-playing model. Students and lecturers in the Community Education Study Program need a role-playing model. This is demonstrated by the percentage that was found while examining the financial requirements of the student responses—90% of which were classified as strongly agreeing. Applying the role-playing learning paradigm can boost students' motivation and enhance their academic performance. This needs analysis can be used as the basis of learning innovations that will be applied to have an impact positive learning, which can improve learning motivation students significantly.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of infrastructure optimization on the professional performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City High School; find and analyze the ...effect of work ethic on the professional performance of the Arts and Culture teachers at Pekanbaru City High School; found and analyzed the influence between the optimization of infrastructure and work ethic on the professional performance of the Arts and Culture teacher at Senior High School in Pekanbaru. The research methodology used in this study is a quantitative research method. The research tool used in data collection is a questionnaire. The population in this study were all 87 teachers of Cultural Arts at Pekanbaru City High School, with a sample of 47 teachers in this study. Methods of data analysis in this study using descriptive statistical analysis methods and inferential statistical analysis methods. Managing analytical, statistical data in the description of this study using Microsoft Excel tools and the Windows 23 version of SPSS. The results shown in the study are for the following reasons; a significant and positive effect was obtained between the variables of infrastructure optimization on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School; a significant and positive effect was obtained between work ethic on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School; There is a significant and positive influence between the optimization of infrastructure and work ethic variables on the Professional Performance of Cultural Arts Teachers at Pekanbaru City Senior High School. This means that the better or proper the facilities and infrastructure at the school, the higher the teacher's professional performance, then the higher the teacher's work ethic towards his work, the higher the teacher's professional performance, as well simultaneously.
This development research aims to describe the condition of student learning behavior and learning behavior after the application of the role playing learning model in the social pathology course at ...the Public Education Study Program, FKIP UNRI. The research method is research and development (R&D), with mixed methods analysis techniques. This research and development process is a development trial stage. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and written tests. The data were analyzed descriptively for the application of the role playing model and learning behavior. Knowledge and response data were analyzed quantitatively by percentage test, assessment score and t-test. The results showed that the initial condition of student learning behavior did not look good, meaning that the condition of student learning behavior still needed a lot of attention and improvement, but with the application of the role playing model, student learning behavior improved. It can be seen from the aspect of the effectiveness of the role playing model that behavior appears more than 3 times with as percentage of 77% in the good category. The results of observations on trials conducted on the implementation of written learning outcomes obtained an average score of 81.44 with 80% completeness (completed). The results of student responses to the role playing learning model are good/positive with an average of 86%. Student learning behavior in the social pathology course using the role playing learning model is in the good category.
The behavior and character of the community and even children regarding noble values that are upheld and rooted in daily behavior. These values began to be eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be ...consumerism, individualistic, materialistic so that the character values are considered no longer important if they conflict with the goals to be achieved. Efforts to integrate and increase character values in the learning process can be done through traditional games with children, namely the Cak Bur game. This study aims to improve and enhance the character through cultural literacy of the traditional game of cak bur. This research uses action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 2 groups of school-age children. The action taken is a game of cakbur to improve the child's character. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the child's character increased by 8 characters with 9 characters that appeared during the game and were in good or increasing criteria. This development has reached the success criteria where the research is said to be successful if the characters that emerge from the cak bur game are 3 characters and there is an increase in the character of children in the cak bur game as many as 7 children. Thus, this research can be said to be successful

With the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are expected to draw the right conclusions. The sialang honey bee business can be included in tapak eight, namely the business of processing forest products. While the sialang bees are carried out in the forest. Implementation of the bee business is carried out in several stages, namely finding, marking and determining property rights, treating, harvesting, marketing. The Sialang bee Tapak Lapan business can increase family economic resilience. This can be seen from the condition of the families who run the business who have a decent place to live, not living with their parents; sufficient income to meet family needs; school age children, all go to school; can give gifts to his parents, a sign of having excess income.
This study aims to determine the factors that cause school dropouts to become child laborers in Segati Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. This study uses a descriptive qualitative ...approach. There were 5 informants in this study. Collecting data using documentation, observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause children to drop out of school are more dominant in internal factors, namely factors that come from within themselves, although there are also external factors, namely the encouragement of parents to work.
