The results of this study show that the self-security clauses listed by the notary in the deeds did not violate the provisions of laws and regulations, especially the UUJN. That is, the clause is ...validly stated on the condition that the notary lists the clause based on the statements of the complainants and that the statements or statements and supporting documents as a reference for making a notarial deed are valid, so if in the future it is known that there are wrong things, then the notary can use the clause as a form of effort to secure themselves or as a form of notarial resistance if the notary is used as a witness, the suspect/defendant, the defendant/co-defendant because of the deed he made. Juridically, the notary's self-protection clause does not have the legal force to bind third parties such as prosecutors, public prosecutors, or judges, so the clause cannot provide legal immunity for the notary if the notary can indeed be proven guilty in advance of the court. The discharge of microplastics into marine waters harms aquatic ecosystems, especially for filter feeder organisms such as green mussels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the shape, size, and ...color of microplastics and the concentration of microplastics in the epibiont associated with green mussels (Perna viridis) and the effect of the presence of epibionts on the concentration of microplastics in green mussels as a substrate. Sampling was done using the purposive random sampling method. Determination of the number of samples using Lemeshow’s formula and obtained 99 green mussels associated with epibiont. The samples were divided into three groups, namely mussel associated with epibiont with microplastic found in epibiont, mussel associated with epibiont with microplastic found in mussel, and mussel without epibiont with microplastics in mussel. The results showed that the number of microplastics contaminated to the mussel group associated with epibiont with microplastic in the epibiont was 46 samples, to the mussel group associated with epibiont with microplastic in mussel was seven samples, and the mussel group without epibiont with microplastic in mussel there were 11 samples. The results also showed that if the microplastic were present in the epibiont, the green mussels associated with the epibionts did not contain microplastics. Conversely, if microplastics contaminated the green mussels, then epibionts were not contaminated by microplastics. The microplastics found ranged from 0.1-4.9 mm in length. The microplastic forms found were fibers and fragments. The microplastic colors found were red, blue, white, and black. The mean values of microplastic concentrations in epibiont, mussel associated with epibiont, and mussel without epibiont were 3.629 items/g, 0.7160 items/g, and 1.032 items/g, respectively.
The application of Euglena as a carbon capture organism has generated considerable interest among scientists. Through the photosynthesis process, many kinds of metabolites are produced by Euglena, ...such as lipids, proteins, and pigments. Due to the metabolites produced by Euglena, it is vital to optimize the carbon capture ability and cell growth rate by adding Zn2+ content and giving photoperiodic into Euglena culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the optimal photoperiod and Zn2+ concentration to increase the growth rate, biomass, and metabolite content of Euglena sp. This study is a laboratory experiment involving the cultivation of Euglena sp. in various photoperiod cycles (light: dark), namely 24:0, 12:12, 14:10, and 16:8. In addition, Euglena sp. was also cultivated using different concentrations of Zn2+ (0 ppm, 5 ppm, 10 ppm, and 15 ppm). The growth of Euglena sp. was monitored for 18 days before being harvested every three days to measure the research parameters, including primary and secondary metabolites. The results showed that the photoperiod treatment and various concentrations of Zn2+ had a significant impact (P<0.05) on the growth rate, biomass, lipid, carbohydrate, protein, chlorophyll, and carotenoid levels of Euglena sp.

Universities that are going to open a new study program must submit a proposal to the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. The process of submitting this proposal is submitted through a system called SIAGA. This information system is used by universities to submit proposals and reviewers to evaluate and provide an assessment of the proposals submitted. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the usability of the SIAGA system. The evaluation is focused on from the reviewer's side because the reviewer is the main user of this system. The result of this study is performance assessment technique demonstrate that application pages are generally effective and pleased with the application system, but application is still inefficient in terms of evaluating characteristics. Improvements in this study focused on improving page layout and information navigation instructions when using the application.
Rendahnya prestasi belajar yang diraih oleh peserta didik pada pembelajaran fisika bisa jadi dipengaruhi oleh kondisi psikis peserta didik saat mengerjakan evaluasi. Peserta didik cenderung merasa ...takut, tertekan, atau merasa materi yang dievaluasikan terlalu sulit yang berdampak pada pengerjaan evaluasi yang tidak maksimal. Permainan karak dalam penelitian ini merupakan permainan kartu yang mengadopsi permainan kartu gebrakan yang diintegrasikan dengan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TGT sebagai metode evaluasi untuk menciptakan suasana evaluasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini menyelidiki bagaimana desain media permainan karak agar dapat digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan serta bagaimana efektivitas media permainan karak sebagai media evaluasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Responden penelitian ini adalah 20 mahasiswa Fisika dan Pendidikan Fisika tingkat pertama. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari lembar observasi, kuesioner, dan rekapitulasi nilai responden, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permainan karak efektif digunakan untuk evaluasi pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, dapat menunjukkan konsep-konsep yang sudah maupun belum dipahami oleh peserta didik, namun kurang rileks bagi peserta didik. Metode evaluasi permainan karak yang telah mendapatkan penilaian memuaskan dalam hal “menyenangkan” tetapi tetap saja menghasilkan nilai kognitif dari hasil evaluasi yang kurang memuaskan. Jadi sebaik apapun metode evaluasi yang dilakukan tetapi tidak didukung dengan keberhasilan proses pembelajaran, maka hasil yang didapatkan akan tetap kurang memuaskan.
