The algorithm and the structure of information support for the model of implementation of the method of normalization of pulp mill wastewaters for deep dispersing water outlets, taking into account ...the hydrological regime, are determined. The combined technology is based on a geoinformation model of a natural-technogenic complex with identification parameters based on natural data of various hydrological regimes, wind unidirectional and multidirectional currents in depth. The characteristics of the jet zone and the main dilution are evaluated in accordance with the situational water use plan of the pulp mill. The hydraulic solution of the problem of transformation of nonconservative pollutants is implemented using the model of convective-diffusion transport, based on the equation of V. M. Makkaveev, and the transformation of substances using linear mono - and nonlinear bimolecular schemes. To determine the specificity of biochemical processes, the intensity of oxygen uptake and decomposition of organic substances was estimated by direct and indirect indicators. The proposed nonlinear model allowed us to determine the degree of uniformity of water masses in the jet zone of deep water discharge in the main dilution section up to the control gate. The algorithm of identification of parameters of the estimated model the convective-diffusive transport and transformation of substances on observed data taking into account specificity of the studied processes, and used types of models of transfer and transformation of organic compounds. The main measured parameters are temperature, electrical conductivity, turbidity of water, dissolved oxygen content, BOD5, BOD20, suspended substances, nitrite ion, phenols, phosphates, lignosulfonates. Laboratory studies were carried out at various dilution multiplicities with the determination of biochemical oxidation constants used in modeling various sites in a water object.

Recently, the ways of geo-information support for environmental economics have distinct features of digitalization with new concepts in data obtaining and presenting. In paper, preference is given to the use of open online platforms, which integrate heterogeneous hardware and software resources with the use of web-technologies in distributed networks and wide application of cloud services. There are considered examples of presented digital tools using. The presented research results have significant scientific novelty can be used in training and educational purposes at university level, including the preparation of Master’s programs.

Currently, the ...methods of designing expert systems within the framework of geoinformation management in the Arctic demonstrate the use of improved concepts of data collection and visualization. The article gives preference to the use of web constructors in distributed networks. An example of a working layout of an expert system for geoinformation support of the activities of a subarctic port in the conditions of ice waters is given. The results of the research can be useful in operational environmental activity and for university learning purposes, including Master’s programs.
Compilation and processing of the thermophysical data was always an important task for the nuclear industry. The difficulties of the present stage of this activity are explained by sharp increase of ...the data volume and the number of new materials, as well as by the increased requirements to the reliability of the data used in the nuclear industry. General trend in the fields with predominantly orientation at the work with data (material science, chemistry and others) consists in the transition to a common infrastructure with integration of separate databases, Web-portals and other resources. This infrastructure provides the interoperability, the procedures of the data exchange, storage and dissemination. Key elements of this infrastructure is a domain-specific ontology, which provides a single information model and dictionary for semantic definitions. Formalizing the subject area, the ontology adapts the definitions for the different database schemes and provides the integration of heterogeneous data. The important property to be inherent for ontologies is a possibility of permanent expanding of new definitions, e.g. list of materials and properties. The expansion of the thermophysical data ontology at the reactor materials includes the creation of taxonomic dictionaries for thermophysical properties; the models for data presentation and their uncertainties; the inclusion along with the parameters of the state, some additional factors, such as the material porosity, the burnup rate, the irradiation rate and others; axiomatics of the properties applicable to the given class of materials.

In article approach to rationing of anthropogenous load of water objects with application of the modeling program GIMS-river complex is described. The algorithm considers perfection of used ...technologies in the main production and treatment facilities. The technology is estimated on a number of criteria on compliance of the best available technology. Loading rationing from all water users of the considered natural and territorial complex consists in observance of standards of quality of water in water objects. As hardware in work, the program GIMS-river complex is described. The complex includes three blocks: information (database), geoinformation (a set of digital layers with attributive information) and modeling (a set of models for calculation of loading and establishment of standards). The offered technique and the software product are approved on PTK "The Ladoga lake -- JSC Syassky Pulp and Paper Mill. Also, this complex can be used for projected and being stood objects.
