A project is an effort made by a group of actors during a certain period to obtain a product, service, or result. Project management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to ...plan and execute activities to achieve the project requirements. Project management implies the need for negotiation between the parties because there may be a contradiction between the parties involved, that is, e.g. between the one who provides the knowledge or goods and the client who receives the final product or knowledge. That is why we propose a neutrosophic solution to manage the contradictions in the negotiation and execution of any project. The advantages offered by this solution are that the data can be entered in the form of linguistic terms, in addition to explicitly including the indeterminacy that exists in the modeling of this type of activity. This methodology is useful in negotiating qualitative content between parties. State negotiations constitute for each nation the support for the development of society from the acquisition of resources and services. Public contracting has an economic and social impact, where ...public officials must ensure that they are complied with according to the law. However, public officials have violated the legal principles of public procurement to acquire benefits or personal services without legal support. In studies carried out in Ecuador, this phenomenon has been analyzed in relation to the variability of uncertainties in which public officials understand the regulations. That is why this paper focuses on analyzing and defining the levels of indeterminacy present in the neutrosophic variable that affects the functioning of state negotiation. For the modeling of the study, the use of neutrosophic statistics is suggested to detect the uncertainties of the variable in each dimension. Among the neutrosophic results, the undue use of government policies in state negotiation processes is obtained as the only criterion.

Although much progress has been made at the national level, some obstacles delay the process of the regulatory entities. For this, the present work aims to determine the factors that originate the res nullius element in the adoption process. For the modeling and due to the characteristics of the variable, the use of neutrosophic statistics is necessary. As a result, it is observed that families interested in adopting lack a legal culture about the needs of adopted children. Causes that generate a low knowledge of the regulations due to ignorance or poor training and advice.
El propósito de la investigación consistió en analizar las normas legales y constitucionales, además los instrumentos internacionales. Este artículo realiza una observación directa a los delitos de ...lesa humanidad desde una perspectiva diferente; es tomar en cuenta los conflictos sociales como jurídicos que generan debates sobre la aplicación de la ley en torno a este tipo de crímenes que afectan a la integridad de las personas. Los resultados evidenciaron la necesidad de dar solución a la problemática sobre los crímenes de lesa humanidad a nivel internacional y aquellos ocurridos en Ecuador, que trascendieron las normativas. Se concluyó que el derecho penal internacional ha reconocido tres tipos de crímenes: el genocidio, los crímenes de guerra y de lesa humanidad.

The TODIM and PROMETHEE methods were utilized, along with single-value neutrosophic sets based on neutrosophic logic, to appropriately handle indeterminate and inconsistent information typical of real-world scenarios. This approach demonstrates the efficacy of these techniques in solving complex real-life problems across various social sectors. Este desafio se intensifica en contextos de derechos individuales, especialmente para personas con discapacidades. En Ecuador, a pesar de las politicas de inclusion implementadas por el Estado para este grupo, persisten situaciones de discriminacion, aun cuando forman parte del grupo de atencion prioritaria. Este estudio aborda la eficacia de las regulaciones legales para personas con discapacidad utilizando tecnicas de evaluacion multicriterio. Se emplearon los metodos TODIM y PROMETHEE, combinados con conjuntos neutrosoficos de valor unico, basados en logica neutrosofica, para manejar adecuadamente la informacion indeterminada e inconsistente, tipica de escenarios reales. Esta metodologia demuestra la utilidad de estas tecnicas para abordar problemas complejos en la vida real y en distintos ambitos sociales. The indigenous and tribal peoples of Ecuador are key actors in the social, economic, cultural and environmental development of the country. Their participation and empowerment are critical to ...building a sustainable, just and inclusive future for all. Convention 169 of the International Labor Organization recognizes indigenous and tribal peoples, which was reflected in the last two constitutions in Ecuador. Sometimes collective rights are not taken into account, so it is necessary to strengthen the knowledge of indigenous and Afro-Ecuadorian peoples about the intercultural and plurinational, through the implementation of a virtual training program. A descriptive research was used, a documentary research design. The training programme recognizes that the plurinational State must ensure the rights of indigenous and Afro-Ecuadorian peoples.
