Autori u ovom osvrtu samorecenziraju tekst o Foucaultovoj dvorani ogledala u kojemu nastoje razviti projekt fukoovske geoepistemologije. Najprije propituju sam postupak samorecenziranja kroz ...problematizaciju teksta kao predmeta analize i značenja samog postupka prepoznajući u njemu obrazac priznanja koji je Foucault utvrdio kao tipičan za zapadnu civilizaciju. Nakon što su prihvatili izazov samokritike, autori svoj povratak problemskom području geoepistemologije i pojmu triedra kao analitičkog oruđa izvode najprije na razini kritike teorijsko-metodologijskog okvira. Pritom uočavaju nedovoljno jasno razlučivanje vlastitog od Foucaultovog pristupa, nedovoljnu preciznost vlastite geoepistemološke analitike te nedovoljnu pažnju koju su u njezinim okvirima posvetili genealogiji praksi moći i znanja. Zatim se usmjeravaju na pojedine sadržajne nedostatke koji su obilježili začetak njihova istraživačkog projekta, a očitovali su se u nedovoljno jasnoj konceptualizaciji pojma života i podrazvijenosti triedara spacijalizacije s obzirom na problematike guvernmentalnosti i biomoći, jezika te samog ludila. Priznajući mogućnost da su se, pristajući na Foucaultovu igru, uhvatili u "triedar Foucault" kao cirkularni okvir tumačenja, autori u zaključnom dijelu osvrta nude sistematizaciju svojih ocjena te iznose prijedloge za daljnji razvoj projekta fukoovske geoepistemološke analitike.
In this review, the authors self-review the text about Foucault’s hall of mirrors, in which they try to develop the project of a Foucauldian geo-epistemology. First, they question the process of self-review – through the problematization of the text as an object of analysis and the meaning of the process itself, recognizing in it the apparatus of confession which Foucault established as typical for Western civilization. After accepting the challenge of self-criticism, the authors return to the problem area of geo-epistemology and the concept of the trihedral as an analytical tool, first at the level of criticism of the theoretical-methodological framework. In doing so, they observe insufficiently clear delineation of their own approach from Foucault’s, insufficient precision of their own geo-epistemological analysis, and insufficient attention that they paid within this framework to the genealogy of concrete practices of power and knowledge. The authors then focus on specific deficiencies that marked the beginning of their research project and were manifested in an insufficiently clear conceptualization of the concept of life, as well as the underdevelopment of the trihedral of spatialization regarding the issues of governmentality and biopower, language, and madness itself. Acknowledging the possibility that, by agreeing to play Foucault’s game, they got caught in the "Trihedral Foucault" as a circular framework of interpretation, in the concluding part of the review the authors offer a systematization of their evaluations and present proposals for the further development of the project of Foucauldian geo-epistemological analytics.
The cereal grains, which represent the cultivated grasses fruits, supply almost half of the total caloric requirements for humans and provide more nourishment compared with any other class of the ...food. Out of many cereals used for food, maize, rice, and wheat are the most important food resources for humans, representing 94% of the total cereals consumption. According to the data of the Republic Institute of Statistics for the year 2018, the harvested areas of corn amount to 906,753 hectares. The production of about 7 million tons was achieved with an average yield of 7.7 t/ha according to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Serbia. Serbia is still among the ten largest exporters of wheat and corn in the world for the period of 2014/15–2017/18. More precisely, it ranks seventh in the export of corn. Utilization of maize products for food animal nutrition (1000 t) is 491,48, and for industrial processing (1000 t) 278,862 expressed as the total consumption (1000 t) is 769,910. Therefore, a total of 103 samples of maize products were analyzed for the presence of toxins, i.e., tropane alkaloids (TAs). The samples were collected from the retail stores in the Republic of Serbia in 2021 and analyzed for the presence of atropine and scopolamine (33 corn grits, 39 polenta, and 31 semolina samples). Therefore, the Recommendation 2015/976/EU on the monitoring of TAs in food was adopted by the EU Commission to obtain more occurrence data on TAs in food. The monitoring extent, however, is restricted because reliable analytical methods and appropriate sensitivity are limited. There was a limit of 1 g/kg for each atropine and scopolamine in cereals containing millet, sorghum, buckwheat, or their derivatives. All the samples were analyzed by the LC-MS/MS. The LOQ was set at 1.0 μg/kg. Out of the total 103 tested samples, 32 samples (31.1%) were contaminated with atropine and scopolamine in concentrations above the LOQ. The highest concentrations of the studied TAs were observed in a semolina sample-atropine: 58.80 μg/kg, scopolamine: 10.20 μg/kg. The obtained results indicate that the TAs concentrations are above the LOQ which can be considered potential human and animal health hazards.
In order to reproduce and complete life cycles, ticks have to feed on different hosts, thus participating as vectors and reservoirs in the maintenance and circulation of different pathogens. Since ...dogs can serve as suitable hosts for numerous tick species, the aims of this study were to determine tick species and their seasonal occurrence on pet dogs and to compare the accuracy of three indices frequently used to calculate engorged female physiological age. Ticks were collected from dogs brought to veterinary clinics. Three indices were analyzed: scutal index, alloscutal/scutal index ratio, and physiological age index. Four tick species were identified: Ixodes ricinus, Dermacentor marginatus, D. reticulatus, and Rhipicephalus sanguineus group, and the last was the most abundant. The highest number of collected ticks was in April, but two species were continuously active throughout the year. The statistical analyses distinguished the physiological age index as more precise because of lower variability. Dog owners usually ignore regular dog anti-tick treatments throughout the year, as they are not aware that ticks could be active during the winter months. Tick surveillance is unquestionably important in order to monitor and prevent the distribution of these vectors and also the diseases they transmit.
Quality of milk plays a key role in its wide consumption but also of its involvement in a large series of derived products, such as yogurt, cheese, butter, and ice cream. An effective LC-MS/MS method ...has been validated for the determination of 81 different pesticide residues in milk samples. The analyses comprised 44 milk samples collected during 2019. From all inspected pesticides, only metalaxyl (present in 11.36% samples), bifenthrin and metolachlor (9.09%), dimethoate (4.55%), prochloraz and thiacloprid were detected in 2.27% of analysed samples. The detections of trifloxystrobin and bifenthrin were above the maximum residue levels (MRLs). The Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1135 standardizes the MRLs for dimethoate and omethoate in certain products, but a MRL for dimethoate residues in milk has not been established jet. All the other pesticide detections were below the MRLs.
Alternaria mycotoxins are the secondary metabolites for which the regulations, as well as the standardization, are yet going to be established by the European Commission and the European Committee ...for Standardization. This paper describes the possibility to apply a "dilute-and-shoot" method for the determination of tentoxin, alternariol and alternariol monomethyl ether in wheat. The used chromatographic method was liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). The strategy involves extraction the samples with the acetonitrile and water mixture (84/16, v/v), followed by the vortexing, centrifugation and filtration before the injection into the LC-MS/MS system. The recovery was assessed by analysis of spiked samples with a mixture of standard solutions of all three mycotoxins at two spiking levels (0.02 and 0.1 mg kg-1) in six replicates. The obtained average recoveries and precisions (expressed as the RSDr, %) for "dilute-and-shoot" method were 76.3% (RSDr of 6.47%) for alternariol, 105.2% (RSDr of 2.16%) for tentoxin, and 86.0% (RSDr of 3.91%) for alternariol monomethyl ether. All the obtained validation data were in accordance with the Commission Decision 2002/657/EC and Commission Regulation (EC) No 401/2006. The main advantages of the present method are the simple and easy sample preparation, along with the high-sensitivity detection.
The interest in tropane alkaloids as food contaminants has been increasing. The tropane alkaloids are plant toxins that mainly occur in Atropa, Datura and Hyoscyamus sp belonging to the Solanaceae ...family. A sensitive and selective LC-MS/MS method was applied for the analysis of atropine and scopolamine in the mint tea samples from the Serbian market. Tea, which has beneficial properties thanks to the phenolic compounds, can be accidentally contaminated by many weed seeds which contain the tropane alkaloids during the harvest. Only the tropane alkaloids present in the tea bags before the tea making were analysed. Atropine and scopolamine were detected in 30% of the analysed samples in the concentration above the limit of quantification.
Bisphenol A is a monomer used primarily in the production of polycarbonate
plastics and epoxy resins. Polycarbonate plastic is used in a wide variety
of digital media products, electrical and ...electronic equipment, sport safety
equipment, reusable food and drink containers, etc. Epoxy resins are used in
engineering applications, paints and adhesives and also in a variety of
protective coatings in metal cans for foods, bottle tops and water supply
pipes. The content of BPA was evaluated in 16 samples (6 baby bottles and 10
drinking containers - can) collected during 2018/2019, of which three baby
bottles and 8 cans were collected in 2018, while three baby bottles and 2
cans in 2019. A simple HPLC-FLD analytical method was validated for the
quantitation of BPA from baby feeding bottles and cans. The separation was
performed on a C18 column. Good linearity was obtained over the
concentration range of 0.3-6.0 ?g/mL with the regression coefficient (R2) of
0.9998. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were
0.01 and 0.03 ?g/mL, respectively. The repeatability of the method (%RSD)
was between 4 and 6%, while the recovery ranged from 104.3 to 109.7%. The
extraction of BPA was done in accordance with SRPS EN 13130-1:2008. The
methods were applied to determine BPA release from baby bottles, performing
repeated procedures according to EU and national regulations (SRPS CEN/TS
13130-13 (2008)). The conformity was evaluated according to National and EU
requirements. The results show that Bisphenol-A was not detectable in any of
the analysed samples.

Osnovna pretpostavka ovog rada je da su ideologije izražene i reprodukovane u diskursu i komunikaciji, uključujući i paleosimboličku dimenziju koju u sve većoj meri afirmišu ...informaciono-komunikacione tehnologije. Ideologija svoj društveni karakter duguje jeziku i govoru, odnosno diskursu. Društvene predstave, odnosi i strukture se često konstituišu, procenjuju, normalizuju i vrednuju, odnosno legitimišu kroz društvene prakse – pomoću teksta i govora. Jedan od načina da se ideologiji pristupi kao društvenom fenomenu jeste pratećenje njenih efekata u diskurzivnim društvenim praksama. U radu je istaknut stav da se ideologija ne može svesti na diskurzivne prakse, ali da njenu genezu, društvene funkcije i smisao, odnosno reprodukciju nalazimo u njima – to je smisao stava da diskurs otkriva semantički identitet ideologije, ali je ne obuhvata u potpunosti.
In this paper author enquire sociology of Peter L. Berger through the concept of „epistemological modesty“. It is considered that Peter L. Berger is one of the few sociologists who, in his ...„epistemological modesty“, was willing to give up some of the strategically important hypotheses on which modern sociology has been built for decades. In this sense, „epistemological modesty“ has served as a struggle against sociological orthodoxy of various kinds. Also he never belonged to the main streams of American sociology, and to the university establishment in particular. He rather belonged to marginal lines of European „immigrant“ sociology, but Berger and his co-authors were children of their time. This paper also emphasizes those fundamental hypotheses which Peter L. Berger and Thomas Luckmann never gave up, and these hypotheses are found in The Social Construction of Reality
