In the context of Digital Economy the usage of information and communication technology to promote commercial operations has grown significantly with the advent of electronic business and networking ...systems. This research focuses on the new generation technologies and on communications between all supply chain components. The study enable Russian and Thai retail supply chain administrators and market leaders (including policy makers) to share their expert opinion about impact of digital transformation on supply chain performance. Once each organization affirmed its commitment to be engage in the interview, analytical conclusions were made on the basic of semi-structured open discussions and surveys of 18-36 employees from each organization which were combined in such a way as to present a complete profile of the organizations readiness to Industry 4.0 strategy. 236 semi-structured open interviews focused on a few topics and keywords have been performed. In fact, five generalized qualitative interviews (profiles) present the analytical evidence from five leading brands. This approach helps to consider more fully how they perceive and understand digital transformation. The purpose was to gain a rich basis of the interviewed person’s content and this approach is quite well adapted to analyses. The research implemented the quantitative methodology throughout using the named data and had been treated with SPSS statistical tool for hypotheses validation. As the result statistically evidenced presence of a relationship between digitalization, the Industry 4.0 technologies and supply chain performance.
This paper is an attempt to investigate the impact of cross docking on transportation and distribution efficiencies, while focusing on role of cross docking to reduce warehousing cost. 1073 ...Respondents from the logistic industry were selected through restricted probability sampling, for crawling the perceptions/responses on the proposition of this research while the 1000 responses were filtered and recorded for evaluating the hypotheses and extracting the empirical findings on the impact of cross docking on improving distribution efficiencies and reducing warehousing cost. The responses to gauge the propositions / hypotheses of the study were collected from the respondents belong to logistic industry from four major Asian countries including China, Pakistan, India and Sri Lanka, while, the respondents were contacted through their LinkedIn and Facebook profiles. The findings confirmed that 1% improvement in cross docking reduces 32.4% warehousing cost and improves 35.6% distributions efficiencies significantly.
At the OECD level, within the framework of taxation, relevant documents that directly concern the procedure for enhancing interaction and cooperation among its member states are being developed. The ...most important ones include the development of recommendations in the field of taxation of controlled foreign companies, including the study of current aspects in the event of a conflict between the provisions on controlled foreign companies and the concluded double taxation treaties. Meanwhile, in the study of the formation of the institute of controlled companies with regard to the manner of their formation and use of modern forms and methods of administrative control and tax liability, it is important to study actions in the sphere of international tax law. However, the emerging problems in this sphere are relevant, since, at the level of national legislation of each state, there are both objective and subjective factors that directly affect the formation of law enforcement practice on controlled foreign companies, with regard to a lack of scientific information in the context of national law. Therefore, in terms of improvement of the tax legislation of countries with developing economies that are reforming the institution of controlled foreign companies and supplementing them with new provisions which cover the basic aspects of the formation of taxation of controlled foreign companies in the digital economy, it is important to mention the urgent measures aimed at improving them, including ways of implementation and modernization of the rules and procedure for determining the profits of controlled foreign companies in terms of clarifying the list of passive taxes, as well as the composition of costs of such companies.
Objective. The article is devoted to the disclosure of theoretical issues, the development of guidelines for the structuring of the economic space of small businesses in the agro-industrial complex.
...Materials and methods. Based on the systemic, integrated and cluster approaches, theories of spatial distribution of production, institutionalism and state regulation, the systemic prerequisites for the need to structure the economic space are identified, taking into account the number of economic entities of small forms of agricultural production and its natural resource potential, the status of households, based on their role in the consumer market.
Results. An organizational mechanism for the consolidation of small forms of economic management in the agricultural sector has been developed, based on an assessment of the potential of the resource base of the region’s macrodistricts, the specialization of peasant (farm) and personal subsidiary farms, the level of filling of the relevant food markets in the region and their potential capacity.
Conclusion. Theoretical issues of developing methodological recommendations for structuring the economic space of small forms of doing business in the agro-industrial complex are disclosed.

In this case, the goal is to plan class hours taking into account the limitations of professors and students. Accordingly, this research presents a new mathematical model for the problem of scheduling project classes. In order to solve this mathematical model, new optimization tools have been used. Accordingly, a new meta-heuristic algorithm has been developed to develop an imperialist competition algorithm. The starting point for this research is the authors' hypothesis that global innovational networks play an important role in the development of the modern global economy because they stimulate ...international cooperation in the innovational sphere, the translation of knowledge in the global economic system, and general scientific and technological development and production development. The purpose of this article is to verify this hypothesis, conduct a complex study on the phenomenon of global innovational networks, and determine their purpose and role in the development of the modern global economy. The methodological basis of this research is founded on the logical modeling of economic systems and methods of structural and functional, systemic, and problem analysis. In the process of the research, the authors studied examples of global innovational networks created based on modern Europe that include countries from all over the world, namely, Horizon 2020, ERA.Net RUS, and Eurocores (European Collaboration Research). The authors also conducted complex analysis of statistical information on various global innovational networks, the dynamics of the quantity of innovational projects, realized participation in global innovational networks, and the significance of the global innovational indexes of countries of Western Europe (Great Britain, Germany, France, and Italy), Central and Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Latvia) and Russia in 2005-2014. The authors provide a sense of global innovational networks, including their peculiarities and advantages; build a structural and logical model of the global market of innovations; and determine the role of global innovational networks in the development of the modern global economy.

Findings
This research presents the substantiation of the processes of implementing the electronic forms of business integration under the conditions of digital transformation by market players. The proprietary methodology of evaluation of the set problems includes three procedures: analysis of the electronic forms of business integration that are used in the digital economy in the world, which envisages their systematisation; evaluation of the effectiveness of implementing the processes of business integration with the use of such forms and their forecast estimation under the condition of individual development of the market environment's players, as well as determination of advantages; and development of the practical implications for managing the electronic forms of business integration for the national companies of developing countries (with forecasting based on the cooperative game theory). The modern electronic forms of business integration include electronic cash (e-cash), electronic data interchange, electronic banking (e-banking), electronic marketing (e-marketing), electronic insurance (e-insurance) and electronic trade (e-trade). Analysis of the effectiveness of implementing the processes of business integration with the use of the electronic forms is performed based on electronic trade, which is used under the conditions of the functioning of digital trade platforms (Internet stores). Such digital trade platforms, as the forms of business strategies, are Amazon and eBay Inc. These two American companies were selected because the United States has the leading position in this sphere. The comparative analysis showed the advantages of participation of players in partnership with the use of electronic trade within two digital platforms, connected to cost saving on advertising and organisation of trade. The practical implications of implementing the electronic forms of business integration for the national companies of developing countries are also presented; they are formed based on the practice of implementing the advantages revealed in the activities of the digital trade platforms Amazon and eBay Inc.
Originality/Value
The originality and value of this research are due to the further development of provisions on the specifics of the process of implementing the electronic forms of business integration under the conditions of digital transformation by market players.
By now, the European Union has already accumulated quite a solid theoretical basis along with a range of applied measures for stimulation of innovations-based digital economic development on the ...supranational level. Studying this experience is relevant for other regional integrations in part of both economic development and innovations. Thus, this article considers the very notion of innovation-based economy along with the criteria of innovativeness of the economic systems and then evaluates the asynchronous nature of innovative progress across the EU. Afterwards, recommendations on innovation-based alignment of digital economy development rates are provided taking into account such important aspects as modernization of the industrial policy, innovations' transfer and generation of innovations at the regional level.
