The implications of the information sector resulted in the creation of many new companies, but also development of certain sectors within existing companies that needed a new strategy for growth and ...development in the market. Corporations, in order to achieve higher overall level of efficiency and profitability are reaching for additional ways of strengthening individual sectors, i.e. through networking, activating those sectors they consider to have potential for further development. Thus, the information sector became a core activity that offered the potential for companies to explore new directions or even support the strengthening of already existing activities. The sales sector, especially in those corporations with a significant retail component, discovers through the economy of the information sector new sales channels or even new market niches that were previously inaccessible without networking. The operation of the information sector is based on various forms of networking, creating network effects that enable companies to achieve above-average business results, by utilizing the potential of designed activities. This paper analyses the activities of Hrvatska pošta d.d. and how networking has successfully multiplied the potential of that company, creating a new market segment. The traffic variable of the Yellow Click was analyzed using descriptive statistics. In the analysis, the years 2018 to 2022 were taken, so the number of observed years was 5. The table lists the minimum, maximum value, arithmetic mean, median, and value of the first and third quartiles. The mode does not exist on the observed data set. The variation range is the year with the most Yellow Click sales and the year with the least sales. The coefficient of asymmetry α3 is -1.018, which indicates a negative asymmetry of the distribution, while the coefficient of roundness α4 is 1.958, which indicates that the distribution of variables is more elongated than normal, that is, it is less flattened than with a normal distribution. The relationship between the variables yellow click and retail sales was analyzed according to the data from table number 1.6. The data for the year 2022 were excluded from the analysis, so the data from 2018 - 2021 were taken into the analysis, because in 2022 the sales growth trend was interrupted by the yellow click due to the introduction of the covid certificate, so that year was excluded from the analysis of the observed series of data as a clearer insight into the data could be obtained. A regression and correlation analysis of the yellow click turnover and retail turnover variables was carried out.
Personal characteristics have an important role in shaping tourists attitudes. The purpose of this study is to examine tourists attitudes to elements of the tourist offer of the city of Belgrade, the ...main urban destination in the Republic of Serbia. The primary research aim is to examine the influence of these personal characteristics on such attitudes. A survey was conducted on a sample of 319 tourists, who visited the city. The collected data were processed in the statistical program SPSS25 while the formed hypotheses were tested using appropriate statistical tests. The research results indicated that tourists highly rated the diversity of the gastronomic offer and the quality of nightlife, while organized tours for visiting tourist attractions and the quality of traffic infrastructure were ranked as elements in which there are opportunities for improvement. Further, the research results showed that origin and education influenced differences in tourists attitudes. The theoretical and practical implications as well as research limitations are defined, and recommendations made for the future research based on the theoretical background and research results.

One of the key sources of survival of small and medium enterprises and building a sustainable competitive advantage are considered innovations. They usually start with innovative ideas and innovative activities that lead to improvement in the overall performance of the company. In addition to improving product quality and reducing costs, innovation also allows for increased efficiency and sales for the organization. Innovation is a process that must take place continuously. The implementation of innovative culture in companies must include all segments of the company and help to create good conditions for the development of creative individuals. Croatia is a country that belongs to the group of moderate innovators, however, as innovation is today a key factor in the success of all companies, this paper investigates the influence of human resources and leadership on innovation in small and medium-sized companies in Croatia.
After the introduction which summarizes the basic guidelines for the development of entrepreneurship in special interest tourism, the author explores the development and application as well as the ...management of entrepreneurship in religious tourism as a type of special interest tourism. Religious components and motives for visiting shrines as an integral part of human culture and tradition have a strenuous impact on the tourism industry, both on the offering and demanding side. The most visited shrines such as Fatima or Lourdes attract four to eight million visitors per year. Considering the fact that this type of tourism is economically very useful in a particular local environment, many shrines as sites have become centres of religious, commercial and cultural events in certain regions throughout history. Their development was followed by investment in infrastructure, culture, catering and other facilities. The implementation of entrepreneurship is based on various segments that enable the development of religious tourism in a particular area, such as catering industry, hospitality industry, tourist mediation, transportation companies and other complementary activities (agriculture, fishing, wine production, commerce and other services). The author explores the indicators of entrepreneurship development in the field of religious tourism as a type of special interest tourism indicating the possibilities it has on the destination development. The development of special interest tourism should be based on effective investment in tourism offer through entrepreneurial projects (catering and other tourist facilities) in accordance with market trends. The investment in tourism offer in the context of religious tourism would result in the growth of religious passengers' consumption as well as the increase in income from religious tourism, and thus the economic development of the sites with religious content. Examples of such shrines in the world are numerous, such as Lourdes in France, Assisi and San Giovani Rotondo in Italy, Fatima in Portugal, Međugorje in Bosnia and Herzegovina and others. This paper aims at showing the importance of entrepreneurship in special interest tourism in the field of implementation and management of entrepreneurship in religious tourism.

The subject of Research in this paper is the satisfaction of foreign tourists with the quality of the accommodation offer in the city of Belgrade, which represents the most developed and most visited ...tourist destination in the Republic of Serbia. The research was conducted on a sample of 262 foreign respondents, who stayed and used accommodation services in Belgrade. The results of the research showed that foreign tourists are mostly satisfied with the quality of the accommodation offer, and it was concluded based on the average scores that the degree of satisfaction is highest in the case of the location of the accommodation facilities and the competence and friendliness of the employees. However, the degree of satisfaction of foreign tourists with the quality of the accommodation offer in Belgrade is not at an enviable level when it comes to the availability of additional facilities in the accommodation facility and the organization of various types of events. Based on the results of the research, the authors defined guidelines for improving the quality of the existing accommodation offer in the city of Belgrade, as well as recommendations for future research

Furthermore, human resources are usually the first point of contact between an enterprise and its customers. The effective management of these human resources is therefore vital to the success of the enterprise.
The demands of guest in the hospitality industry and their satisfaction with the services they have consumed have become a prevailing competitive tool. Today, the guest as an individual is capable of ...damaging the reputation of a hospitality service provider by telling others of his/her experiences of the shortcoming of services rendered and consumed. Complaints against hospitality establishments are often calls of attention to the need for improving not only the overall process of preparing and rendering service or one of its parts but also the entire way operations are organised in a hospitality facility. What guests really mind and what causes customer-defection is an indolent and negligent attitude of a hospitality establishment towards guest complaints. In principle, complainants do not have a negative view of a specific hospitality facility and most guests do not make formal complaints. Instead, they choose to simply leave a facility when something is not to their liking, never to return, and turn to the competition. The purpose of this paper is to explain how the objections and formally expressed complaints of guests can be transformed into stronger loyalty towards a hospitality facility or specific type of service, because guests who have seen their claims resolved in a satisfactory manner are very likely to tell others of their experience. To this end, the paper focuses on the LEARN Model for resolving guest complaints against hospitality services.
Actual basic characteristics of tourist movements of globalization, standardization, market segmentation and computerization, impose to the responsible managers the need of defining that kind of ...hotel product which would be so attractive with its content to find that part of the consumers which will finally consume that product. This fact goes in favor to the fact that for the entire hotel offer is important the element of exploration of tourist market and defining the segment of tourist demand which has to draw attention, wake up the interest, provoke the desire and initiate on the action with its attractiveness. The hotel product, as the first element of marketing mix, is made of material and unmaterial services which are offered to the hotel guests, and same thing is with hotel service that is in fact a group of many services with which we fulfill the guest’s needs of accommodation, food and drink, and other services that are paid in the usual way in hotelery. When it is mentioned usual and specific hotelery way that means the way on which the guest will satisfy his own needs and motives of traveling. Working we explore the necessary assumptions which have to be fullfiled for better placing of hotel product on the more squemish and demanding tourist market.
