By establishing a product range and with dynamic management of the changes in its structure, banks are consolidating their possibilities with clients' needs. They are trying to offer as rich and readily available product range as can be achieved. They are aiming to adapt the supply in relation to the demands of existing and potential users as much as possible. The supply often exceeds demand. Therefore, they try to never make decisions regarding the adjustment of the product without cooperating with the clients. Availability of different adjustable and competitive banking products established by the usage of information technologies is becoming the foundation of banking. Focusing on the client, well-rounded high-quality product supply, as well as constant innovations, represent the key factors of banks' business success.
Financial The analysis of the bank's financial statements is focused on the assessment of its financial condition and the achieved result, development and further perspective. In addition to the data ...contained in the financial statements, the analysis also uses data from accounting records and other sources. The very essence of financial analysis is the calculation of relative indicators and their comparison with each other. Banking management, current and potential owners of the bank, investors, depositors, the public and others interested in the bank's performance are sympathetic to the practice of analytical testing of the bank's operations. The results are a guide for formulating business policy and making adequate business decisions for all stakeholders. In this paper, we try to point out the specificity and importance of financial statements in banks, financial analysis as a method of examining business results and determining the performance of banks and the impact of analysis results on business decisions of bank managers.
Strategijsko manevrisanje proizvodom, cenom, distribucijom i promocijom kao elementima ponude suština je marketing koncepcije savremene banke. Pojava i razvoj globalne mreže radikalno je promenila ...sve elemente marketing miksa. Uspostavljanjem asortimana proizvoda i dinamičkim upravljanjem promenama u njegovoj strukturi banke usklađuju svoje mogućnosti sa potrebama klijenata. Trude se da ponude što bogatiji i dostupniji proizvodni asortiman. Teže da se prilagođavanjem ponude maksimalno približe zahtevima postojećih i potencijalnih korisnika. Ponuda često nadmašuje tražnju. Zbog toga se trude da odluke o oblikovanju proizvoda nikada ne donose bez saradnje s klijentima. Dostupnost različitih, prilagodljivih i cenovno konkurentnih bankarskih proizvoda fundiranih uz upotrebu informacionih tehnologija, postaje temelj bankarstva. Fokusiranost na klijenta, zaokružena ponuda proizvoda visokog kvaliteta i stalne inovacije predstavljaju ključni faktor uspešnosti poslovanja banaka.
Eksponencijalni rast korisnika na društvenim mrežama širom sveta naveo je preduzeća da istraže efikasne načine njihovog prisustva na društvenim mrežama. U skladu sa tim, trend oglašavanja kao jedan ...od najvažnijih oblika komunikacionog miksa se promenio i sada su preduzeća uglavnom fokusirana na oglašavanje na društvenim mrežama. Postoji veliki broj društvenih mreža koja preduzeća mogu da koriste za oglašavanje, međutim, ovaj rad ukazuje na značaj oglašavanja putem društvene mreže Facebook, imajući u vidu činjenicu da je Facebook najveća i najpopularnija društvena mreža na svetu i predstavlja savršen marketinški alat sa izgrađenim sistemom oglašavanja koji preduzećima omogućava da koriste informacije svakog korisnika za ciljano oglašavanje. Otuda je Facebook najdominantnija društvena mreža za oglašavanje, što svako preduzeće treba da uzme u obzir prilikom kreiranja marketinških strategija, kako bi stekli i održali konkurentsku prednost i maksimizirali poslovni uspeh. U radu su prikazani sekundarni podaci koji jasno ukazuju da je Facebook društvena mreža koja ima najviše potencijala za oglašavanje, dostizanje i angažovanje potrošača, a što je potkrepljeno diskusijom rezultata empirijskih istraživanja.
The exponential growth of users on social networks around the world has led companies to explore effective ways of their presence on social networks. Accordingly, the trend of advertising as one of ...the most important forms of communication mix has changed and now companies are mainly focused on advertising on social networks. There are many social networks that companies can use for advertising, however, this paper points to the importance of advertising through the social network Facebook, given the fact that Facebook is the largest and most popular social network in the world and is the perfect marketing tool with a built-in advertising system, allows businesses to use each user's information for targeted advertising. Hence, Facebook is the most dominant social network for advertising, which every company should take into account when creating marketing strategies, in order to gain and maintain a competitive advantage and maximize business success. The paper presents secondary data that clearly indicate that Facebook is the social network that has the most potential for advertising, reaching and engaging consumers, which is supported by a discussion of the results of empirical research.
