The increasing greenhouse gas emissions and its consequences, as climate change and global warming have many subsequences for the earth. One of these consequences, particularly for areas of the world ...that is located in the warm and arid belts, is the increase in arid and semi-arid climate-covered areas. In this study, the Koppen climate classification of Iran in 1975 is compared with the CSIR model outputs classification for the years 2030, 2050, 2080, and 2100 under the two scenarios A1B and A2 which can be found in the Fourth Assessment Report of the IPCC. The Koppen climate classification method categorizes climatic zones based on temperature, precipitation and vegetation. The Koppen method is one of the most widely used climatic classification methods. The results of this study have revealed that in 1975, 82.3% of the country was covered by subgroup B climates, 5.9% was covered by subgroup C and 11.8% was covered by subgroup D climates. However, under both scenarios, the extent of subgroup B climates will increase in the future; so that in 2030, the extent of these areas will reach more than 87%, in 2050 to more than 90%, in 2080 to more than 93% and in 2100 to more than 94%. Generally, the results show a gradual increase in areas covered by warm and arid climates and a decrease in the extent of cold and temperate climates in Iran over the coming years by 2100.
Human Herpes 6 virus (HHV-6) could remain latent and chronic in the host cells after primary infection. HHV-6 genome encodes certain transactivation proteins which may results in development of ...malignant lymphoma. The association of human herpes six virus (HHV-6) infection and Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphomas is strongly supported by epidemiological studies. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of HHV-6 among the patients with Hodgkin, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Overall 44 blocks of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded of the patients including 22(50%) Hodgkin and 22(50%) Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma were collected. Initially the section of 5μm-thickness were prepared from the formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue blocks. Then the deparaphinazation was carried out for each sample. The DNA was extracted, followed by nested PCR for detection of HHV-6. Based on PCR product size and sequencing, the HHV-6 A or B subtypes were characterized.
12/22(54.54%) cases of Hodgkin and 8/22 (36.36%) Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were shown as positive for HHV-6. Out of 12 positive HHV-6 in Hodgkin lymphoma, 10 patients (45.45%) belonged to variant A while 2 cases (9.09%) were found positive for both HHV-6A and HHV-6B. All the Non Hodgkin samples (n=8, 36.36%) showed positive for HHV-6 variant A.
High prevalence of HHV-6 was found among the patients with Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Two patients with Hodgkin lymphoma had mixed HHV-6A and HHV-6B infections. It is recommended patients with Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin should be screened for HHV-6 detection before chemotherapy.

This study was aimed to determine frequency of HCV RNA in histological tissues obtained from patients suffered from Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
52 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue blocks including 23 (44.3%) Hodgkin and 29 (55.7%) Non-Hodgkin samples were collected and five micrometer sections were prepared. RNA was extracted and cDNA was synthesized. Two consecutive Nested RT-PCR assays were carried out for detection of HCV 5' UTR and core gene. RT-PCR products were sequenced and aligned to construct HCV phylogenic tree to evaluate the homology of sequences in comparison to the reference sequences retrieved from Genbank.
Overall, 6 Non-Hodgkin (20.6%) and 3 Hodgkin lymphoma (13.04%) samples showed positive PCR results for both 5' UTR and HCV core RNA via nested PCR (
<0.469). Sequencing results revealed that all detected HCV RNA samples belonged to the genotype 3a.
Despite low prevalence of HCV infection in Iran, high frequency of HCV RNA genotypes 3a (17.3%) has been found in patients with Hodgkin and Non-Hodgkin lymphoma. To improve treatment regimens, screening of HCV RNA in patients suffered from Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin lymphoma is recommended which can be done through highly sensitive molecular means before and after immunosuppression status.

Introduction: The term of psychosomatic is the disease which involves both mind and body. Sometimes mental and emotional factors may act as risk factor that could influence the initiation and ...progression of them. Aim: The aim of this study was to study of emotion regulation in psychosomatic diseases by qualitative study. Method: This study was qualitative. The data of this study collected by in-depth semi-structured interview tools. The study population was 22 patients with psychosomatic diseases (heart, gastrointestinal and respiratory) from Baqiyatallah Hospital in 2020. They were selected by target and voluntarily. Data were analyzed using the content analysis approach and there were analyzed by Graneheim and Lundman method and the qualitative themes of the study were prioritized according to their importance. Results: Qualitative analysis of participants' lived experience Resulted to two main categories of healthy and unhealthy strategies. also The results of this study include the seven themes (changing attention to something else, decision making and problem solving, attention to positive and pleasant thoughts, acceptance, worship, self-control and improving the self-esteem) for healthy strategies and Unhealthy strategies include to the 9 themes (Anger and aggression, rumination, cognitive errors, overuse of social networks, Erratic, persistence in beliefs, procrastination, extremism, substance abuse, distraction). Conclusion: Despite of the complexity of the experienced, phenomenon of emotions in psychosomatic patients is regulated in different ways, which is one of the underlying factors in psychosomatic diseases.
Blood coagulation is a process carried out to prevent blood loss when a person is wounded. The blood coagulates in the wound place and creates a barrier which prevents bleeding. The blood coagulation ...process is one of the most important and vital physiological processes in the human body which is affected by many factors. Many congenital and acquired defects in each of these factors can affect the coagulation process and cause many problems for humans. Related articles were searched from Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, High Wire, MD Consult and Scopus data bases, and finally 19 articles were included in this study. In this study, 19 anti-coagulant medicinal plants were diagnosed and evaluated. Finally, it follows from this study that there are many medicinal herbs that have different effective substances to prevent blood coagulation by various mechanisms. These plants can be used as highly efficient resources in the production of valuable drugs against diseases caused by blood coagulation.
